1. About Visiting the Venue
① There is no parking at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only considered a nuisance and may lead to reporting, but it may also result in the cancellation of future public practices, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
*Please note that even if you use nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may also be subject to reports and other actions.
② When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and parking in the designated bicycle area.
③ It is prohibited to gather in large numbers in front of nearby stores or to raise loud voices on surrounding roads, as it disturbs the local residents.
2. About the Facilities
① The number of chairs at the observation location is limited. You may bring a portable chair, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading out items such as vinyl sheets. Also, please take care to manage your valuables and belongings.

③ It is prohibited to display banners, etc. without prior permission from the club.
④ Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that bringing them into the facility area, even in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Additionally, there are no covered rest areas, so please prepare for heat, sun exposure, and cold in advance.
⑥ If you have symptoms such as fever or feeling unwell, please refrain from coming. If clear symptoms of illness are observed, you may be asked to leave the facility.
3. Measures for Severe Weather and Summer Period
① In the event that severe weather is anticipated based on prior forecasts, or if the heat index standards during the summer period (such as the issuance of heatstroke warning alerts) are expected to be affected, or if there are concerns due to the spread of infectious diseases, please be aware that we may cancel the public practice for the safety of visitors, players, and staff. If a decision to cancel is made by the day before, we will notify you on the top team schedule page. When considering your visit, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
② On the day of the event, if there is sudden bad weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, we may announce the cancellation of observation or interaction after training, even during training. Safety is our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth exit.
[Notes for Practice Viewing]
① Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe from the designated area.
Please refrain from filming during training, both video and still images. All forms of filming, including equipment such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, and smartphones, are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it is for personal viewing as a keepsake or any other purpose. Additionally, taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in written form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent the potential sharing of information with other clubs we will be competing against. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
③ Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
④ Please be careful as balls may fly into the observation area. Also, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.
【Interaction Guidelines】
① On the day of the event, only the winners and their companions are allowed to enter Kodaira Ground.
② Only winners will be allowed to enter the interaction area. Accompanying persons who are in elementary school or older will need to wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
③ One accompanying adult for preschool children can enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
④ The content of the "interaction" will consist of photo (still image) shooting and autograph signing. As a general rule, please cooperate by allowing one item per person per player (either one photo shoot or one autograph). Additionally, please refrain from video recording.
⑤ To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask fans to be considerate of those around them and the players' conditions, and to cooperate with each other.
⑥ Please refrain from bringing items or allowing infants to be entrusted to players for photography. Also, please refrain from giving players smartphones or cameras to take photos.
Photos taken during the "Interaction" time (still images) can be posted on social media, etc.
⑧ You may bring letters or gifts for the players, but as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the name of the intended player on the item and place it in the box located in the "Interaction" zone. Staff will deliver them to each player. Also, please understand in advance that food, beverages, hazardous items, expensive or valuable items cannot be accepted. (If such items are found in the box, they will be disposed of.)
⑨ Selling players' autographs, photos, etc. without the club's permission is prohibited. Please use them only for personal enjoyment on SNS, websites, and similar platforms.
10. In the event of sudden cancellation of practice, or cancellation of interactions due to rain or other reasons, your winning status will be rendered invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be aware that there may be players who do not participate in practice or interactions due to reasons such as condition or recovery training.
During past interaction events, the following actions were observed that violated the above rules, despite many customers adhering to the rules.
Despite the guidance that only one of either a signature or a photo can be requested per player, both a signature and a photo were requested from one player and received.
Despite being informed that only high-fives would be allowed in rainy weather, you had your child stand in front and requested a photo with the players.
Despite being informed that only high-fives would be allowed during rainy weather, I stopped the players to get their signatures.
If such behavior is found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and you will be excluded from future fan service-related lotteries such as meet-and-greet events. Please also note that you will be asked to leave the venue immediately on the day of the meet-and-greet if such behavior occurs.
We ask for your cooperation so that all participants can enjoy fair and friendly interaction.
[Regarding Photography, Video Recording, and Handling of Information]
① While players, coaches, and staff are on the field, the use of video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, and other devices, as well as any form of recording for personal viewing or commemorative purposes, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, taking notes on practice content or participating players, and posting such information on text-based SNS platforms is also prohibited. This is to prevent providing information to opposing clubs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
② Taking photos and posting on social media during times when there are no players before or after practice is not a problem.
*If the post is confirmed, we may change future training sessions to private.
