[Report] Announcement of Donation of Original Randoseru Covers to New First Graders in Fuchu City and Chofu City
We will donate FC Tokyo "Original Randoseru Covers" to new first-grade elementary school students, hoping to prevent traffic accidents involving children in Fuchu City and Chofu City.
Fuchu City is donating from this year, and Chofu City continues its donation from last year.
[Announcement] Notice of donation of original backpack covers to new first graders in Chofu City

The donation of randoseru covers is a project aimed at raising children's awareness of traffic safety and preventing traffic accidents through the use of randoseru covers.
This project was realized with the support of Fuchu City, Chofu City, and our official partner, MIXI, Inc.

The design of the randoseru cover in Fuchu City features a cute design of the FC Tokyo team mascot "TOKYO DOROMPA" and Fuchu City's citizen collaboration promotion characters 'Kyo-chan and Do-chan' cheerfully crossing a pedestrian crossing.
The randoseru covers in Chofu City have the same design as last year.
We hope that many children will wear this and contribute to the prevention of traffic accidents in the community.

At Fuchu City Hall, a new donation ceremony was held this year, attended by Mayor Takano of Fuchu City, Vice Mayors Komori and Tanaka, FC Tokyo President Kawagishi, and the team mascot TOKYO DOROMPA.

Fuchu City Mayor Ritsuo Takano Comments
We sincerely thank you for donating the randoseru covers featuring the FC Tokyo team mascot 'TOKYO DOROMPA' and our city's citizen collaboration promotion characters 'Kyo-chan and Do-chan'.
First-year students are at a particularly high risk of traffic accidents due to adjusting to new group life, learning environments, and unfamiliar commuting routes. Therefore, efforts to raise each child's awareness of traffic safety are extremely important. The school bag covers donated this time are expected to play a significant role in watching over the children's safe commuting to and from school and greatly contribute to the prevention of traffic accidents.
We strongly hope that through the randoseru covers designed with 'TOKYO DOROMPA,' children will become familiar with soccer and other sports, and that this will serve as an opportunity for them to feel the charm of our city as the 'Sports Town Fuchu.'
Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. President and CEO Shigeya Kawagishi Comments
We are pleased to present original randoseru covers to new first graders in Fuchu City, following Chofu City. In January 2021, we signed a "Collaboration Agreement on Regional Revitalization" with Fuchu City, which includes "matters related to the healthy development and education of children" as one of the cooperation items.
We have previously distributed the Aoaka Drill to elementary schools in the city and conducted Smile Caravan activities. This time, as a new collaboration, we will present randoseru covers to raise awareness of traffic safety. We hope that the randoseru covers featuring the designs of 'TOKYO DOROMPA' and Fuchu City's citizen collaboration promotion characters 'Kyo-chan and Do-chan' will serve as protective charms to enhance children's awareness of traffic safety.
