[2027 Season Joining] FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa Selection Announcement
We will hold selections for current 6th-grade elementary school students to form the U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2027 season based on the following details.
Selection Overview
Target
Currently 6th Grade Elementary Students (Born between April 2, 2014 and April 1, 2015)
* It is a principle that you can commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes from home.

Next Selection: Saturday, May 30
*Reserve date: May 31 (Sun)
Please check the examination information that will be sent to you via email after confirming your application and participation ticket, including details such as the meeting time.
*The email will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID as of the application deadline (Wednesday, May 20).
*The 2nd and 3rd selections will be communicated only to those who pass.

After that, please submit the documents completed up to (4) on the same day.
How to Apply
Preliminary Check Items
Please review the "Handling of Personal Information" and apply using the following procedure.

We will responsibly handle the personal information you provide as stated in our "Privacy Policy." Please review the "Privacy Policy," agree to it, and fill in the required information.
Application Procedure
(1) Create a J.League ID under the name of the player participating in the selection
(2) Register on the application form
(3) Pay the participation fee and issue the <Selection Participation Ticket>
* Ticket sales start from 10:00 AM on Monday, April 20.
* Due to system reasons, the date shown on the ticket purchase site may differ from the actual selection event date, but please proceed with the ticket purchase as is.
(4) Download the <Examination Consent Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(5) Submit the <Examination Consent Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
Application Procedure Details
(1) Create a J.League ID under the name of the player participating in the selection
Please select "Obtain a J.League ID and proceed" on the authentication screen of the application form below.
If you already have a J League ID under your name, please select 'Log in to J League ID and proceed.'

(2) Registration of Application Form
Please access the application form at the bottom of the page and fill in the required information.
* Please be sure to log in with the J.League ID of the player participating in the selection.
* After completing the registration on the application form, the application completion screen will be displayed, and a "Application Completion Email" will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID.
* We will send you information from the email address "@fctokyo.co.jp", so please set your settings to allow reception.
(3) Payment of Participation Fee and Issuance of <Selection Participation Ticket>
① Payment of participation fee via the "Selection Participation Ticket Purchase URL" provided in the "Application Completion Email"
* Those who have completed both the registration on the application form and the payment of the participation fee by the application deadline on May 20 (Wed) will receive the details of the first selection (examination number, time, etc.) by email. The above email will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID by May 24 (Sun).
*Purchases cannot be made during the maintenance period according to the schedule below. Please understand in advance.

② Confirmation of Payment Slip Number
You will receive an email titled "Ticket Application Details Confirmation" from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp). Please check the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" stated in the email.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, you can log in to the J League Ticket official site and check from the "Purchase History" in the menu button at the top right.
③ Issue a <Selection Participation Ticket> at a 7-Eleven store
Please provide the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" at the store register to issue the ticket. Informing them in advance that it is an "Internet purchase" will make the ticket issuance smoother.
A system usage fee, issuance fee, and payment processing fee may apply per ticket, depending on the payment method.
※In the case of credit card payments (including d payment and Rakuten Pay), you cannot issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours have passed after the purchase procedure to prevent fraudulent use. If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
(4) Download the <Examination Consent Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
Please download the PDF <Examination Consent Form> at the bottom of this page and fill in the required information.
If you belong to a team, the handwritten signature of the team representative (such as the coach) is required.
Please attach the <Selection Participation Ticket> in the designated position of the <Examination Acceptance Form>.
※If you are not currently affiliated with a team, a handwritten signature from the team representative (such as the coach) is not required.
(5) Submit the <Examination Consent Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
Please make sure to check for any omissions in the required information, the handwritten signature of the representative (coach) of the affiliated team, and the attachment of the selection participation ticket, and submit it at the reception on the day of the selection.
* Please be aware that if there are any deficiencies in the submitted documents, you may not be able to participate in the selection.
Please check the details of the [Application Procedure] above and complete step (1) to (3) by the application deadline. After that, please submit the completed documents by (4) on the day.
