[For 1st and 2nd Grade Elementary School Students] Skill Up Futsal Class

School Report

On March 25, 2026, the "Skill Up Futsal Class" was held at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu!

This event focuses on the topic of "Control," encouraging participants to "observe the opponent and think about what kind of control would be best!"

Unfortunately, due to unfavorable weather, the 3rd and 4th grade classes on the 25th, as well as the 1st and 2nd grade classes and 3rd and 4th grade classes on the 26th were canceled, but the 1st and 2nd grade class on the 25th was able to be held!
There were times when it rained, but they energetically continued their training with enthusiasm that did not yield to it.

During training, we practiced ball attacks and control exercises using the soles of the feet called Tonpa.
Since there was a time when it rained, the environment made it difficult to control the soles of the feet, but I carefully and diligently practiced the points told by the coach.

After that, we practiced control in situations with opponents, using the direction of the opposing defenders' arrows—whether they are coming towards you, anticipating your moves, or stationary—as criteria to judge how to control the ball in a way that it won't be taken away and how to get past the opponent.

I worked hard so that I wouldn't lose even in a match against the coach.

Even during the game, there were many instances where players challenged themselves with sole control, carefully observing their opponents and choosing the appropriate control.

As a futsal skill that can also be applied to soccer, we practiced sole control, and while considering the advantages and disadvantages, I hope you can utilize the training we did this time in your future activities.

We hold events that are open to participants other than school students, so please feel free to invite everyone and join us.
