Notes
・We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the application status or lottery results.
・By applying for this campaign, FC Tokyo will automatically be added to your favorites, and you will receive notifications from FC Tokyo. If you remove FC Tokyo from your favorites in your J.League ID or revoke email delivery permission, you will not receive the winning notification email, so please be careful until the winning email notification is sent.
・Children who have not yet entered school cannot be held on laps while watching from the pitchside seats.
・If you are watching from the pitchside seats, please be aware that part of the pitch may be obstructed by advertising boards, ball persons, operational staff, photographers, etc. Please purchase your tickets with this in mind.
・Due to the characteristics of the seating, there is a possibility that the ball may come flying towards you. We cannot take responsibility for any injuries, so when seated in pitchside seats, please do not take your eyes off the ball and be sure to pay close attention to its trajectory.
・Once you have been guided to the pitchside seats, you will not be able to return to the concourse, so please complete receiving any membership benefits and purchasing goods before the meeting time, and then come to the meeting place.
・You cannot watch the match while holding an umbrella. In case of rain, please prepare a poncho or raincoat as needed and enjoy the match.
・Standing to cheer during the match is prohibited as it may obstruct other spectators in the stands.
・Bringing food and drinks is prohibited. Only water is allowed to be consumed at the seats. (Please bring plenty of water as a measure against heatstroke)
・We may refuse entry to those who are consuming alcohol.
You cannot bring support items such as flags, cheer sticks, or noise makers. Towel scarves and uniforms are allowed to be worn.
・Participation is not allowed with shoes that have pointed heels, such as spikes and high heels.
We may use photos or videos taken of customers during the match for our club, J League, or general media, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Please follow the guidance of the staff while watching from the pitch side seats. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・Wearing support items of the opposing team or rival team colors is prohibited.

・Photography is allowed in designated viewing areas.
・Video recording on the pitch during the match is prohibited, but video recording is allowed at times other than during the match (including halftime).
・Photos taken by yourself and videos taken outside of match time may be posted on SNS and the internet within the rules set by the J.League.
