[Day 1 Activity Report] FC Tokyo Summer Camp Shizuoka Venue
Today (7/25), we welcomed the first day of the FC Tokyo Summer Camp at the Shizuoka venue!!
All 80 participants gathered safely in Shinjuku with no absences, and the bus departed for Shizuoka. Although there was a bit of traffic on the way, we arrived around 12:30 p.m.!

After arriving, everyone first ate the lunch they had brought!!

After eating, we held the camp orientation right there in the same place.
During the orientation, the coaches talked about the purpose of this camp and the important values, and each participant thought about their soccer goals and life goals, then wrote them down in their handbook!!
The coaches are very excited to see what kind of actions everyone can take toward the goals they wrote down♪

After the orientation ended, we finally moved to the field for the first training session of the camp!
They carefully prepare everything they need for soccer by themselves and head to the field!!
During the training, there were many friends playing soccer together for the first time, and there were moments when they were just observing a little, but despite the heat, everyone trained hard and enjoyed it!!

After training ended, we returned to the lodging, took a bath, and had dinner!
For dinner, we enjoyed a buffet-style meal full of nutritious options such as fish, meat, carbohydrates, salad, and dessert!!

After dinner, we reviewed tomorrow's schedule and prepared for bedtime!
They are also cooperating to prepare the futons and other items themselves!!
The first day has already ended, and many programs are scheduled throughout the entire second day!
