League Final Match! Want to win and improve our ranking even a little bit

The final match of the J1 League was against Oita Trinita away. The previous match was against Urawa, where the championship was at stake, but we were able to prevent them from lifting the trophy in front of us. The result was a scoreless draw, but we were able to push Urawa to the limit and almost secure a victory with our strong defense. This match is drawing attention to the championship race and the promotion and relegation race between J1 and J2, but as Tokyo, we will give our all to win this match! For the fans who have come from far away, we will only accept victory.

Oita, on the other hand, is currently in 7th place. In November, they suffered three consecutive losses to Nagoya, Kofu, and Omiya, but in the previous match they secured a solid victory against Yokohama FM and seem to be getting back on track. Especially today, it is their final home game and they should have a strong desire to win. Coach Kuramata is wary of the post-play of FW Rafael and the speedy runs of FW Matsubashi. It is necessary to not let these two players have freedom with strict man marking. MF Edmilson and Tulio will be the key players in both attack and defense. In particular, MF Edmilson's runs towards the front line should be watched out for.

Tokyo is without Hirayama due to his participation in the Asian Games. Baba is suspended due to accumulated warnings. In his place, Kurisawa will start. "It's been a while since I played, but I want to go all out from the start. I feel like I've prepared well up to this point, and I have an image of how to play within the team, such as making simple passes and making runs into space," he says confidently. Oita will play in a 3-5-2 formation, with both wing backs pushing forward to attack. As for our strategy, if we can dominate the wings like we did against Urawa and aggressively attack, we should have a chance to win. We want to score from our passionate play.

We want to win the last league match with a Tokyo-like battle, and continue on to the Emperor's Cup. This match will also be important in predicting the future. The game started at 2:04pm in Oita, with a cold wind blowing and light rain falling under the cloudy sky.
