Sei MUROYA was driving a regular passenger car (with passengers) when he changed lanes to the left on Yamate Avenue at 1-42 Chuo, Nakano-ku, Tokyo, and collided with another regular passenger car (with passengers) traveling in the left lane, resulting in damage to the other car's right side mirror and his own left side mirror.
