3. Overview
The ordinary passenger car driven by Takahiro YANAGI (with no passengers) was traveling in the right lane of the Ome Highway (two lanes in one direction) towards Shinjuku in Tanashi 2-chome, Nishitokyo City, Tokyo, when a passenger car traveling in the left lane changed to the right lane, resulting in a collision that damaged the left side of his vehicle and the right side mirror of the other vehicle.
The man driving the vehicle that made contact, Player Yanagi, was not injured, and after the accident, he promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to address the situation.
