▼Definition of adjacent seating when there is space between seats and notes for ticket acquisition
During matches with restrictions, please take your seats with space between them as indicated below.
During the extremely strict security measures (strong restrictions) for match開催 (5,000 person limit), the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) will have a horizontal spacing of 2 seats, the north side (home) will have a horizontal spacing of 2 seats up to the 17th row of the lower tier, and from the 18th row of the lower tier onwards, there will be a horizontal spacing of 3 seats. The upper tier will have a horizontal spacing of 3 seats throughout.
Therefore, when making a purchase, please consider seat numbers 1 to 3 as consecutive seats.
※If you purchase seats through automatic selection, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, a notice will be displayed on the system stating "We were unable to provide consecutive seats. You will be provided with separate seats. If this is acceptable, please check the approval and proceed with the process." Please proceed as is.
(Example) When selecting 2 tickets and obtaining "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 4", Row 1 Seats 2 and 3 are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.

In the above case, if you purchase two tickets with automatic selection, there are "seats 4 and 7 in row 7 available next to each other". However, in the case of automatic selection, the system will automatically choose seats that are "close to the pitch" and in the "central area", so "seats 4 in row 3 and 2 in row 6" will be selected.
If you choose individual seat selection, you will be able to select and purchase your own seats, allowing you to purchase "seats 4 and 7 in row 7" together, so please make sure to purchase with individual seat selection.

①All Seats are Reserved
To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, all attendees must sit in their reserved seats. Please note that seat changes cannot be made after purchase.
In addition, due to the conversion to all reserved seating, the seating arrangement and prices differ from regular matches, so please be careful when making your purchase.
Seats in the 19th row of the lower stand are expected to be wet from rain. On the day of the event, in order to prevent the spread of infection, moving to vacant seats or aisles under the roof to watch the game is strictly prohibited. Please make sure to watch from the seat you purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
Due to the designation of all seats, priority entry for SOCIO will not be implemented.
② Tickets sold only through FC Tokyo (J.League Tickets)
Similar to item ①, tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J.League Tickets) for the purpose of identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection.
③ Seat spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please maintain a distance of 1 to 3 seats between you and others, including companions who came with you, such as family members (children under school age may sit on laps).
④ Tickets will be released about one week before the match
Due to the possibility of changes in restrictions on match hosting depending on the spread of COVID-19, ticket sales will be conducted for each match, starting approximately one week before the match date. Additionally, the first day of sales for advance, early, and general sales will begin at 8:00 AM.
⑤ Temperature measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, entry will be denied even if you have a ticket, so please understand.
⑥ Area-specific exit
When exiting, you will be asked to leave according to the area where you are seated. Please follow the announcements when exiting.
