* The sales schedule has not changed from the schedule that was initially announced.
* Seats that were secured the previous day and not paid for by the deadline will expire and will be available for resale starting at 10:00 AM the following day.
For example, if you secured a seat with convenience store ticketing/convenience store payment on 7/25 (Saturday), any seats for which payment and ticketing are not completed by 23:59 on the same day will be considered sold out at the start of sales on 8:00 on 7/26 (Sunday), but will be available for purchase at 10:00.

We will conduct an advance sale for SOCIO members in 2020.
*Due to the short period until the sales start, there will be no lottery conducted for the tickets for the match against Urawa on 7/18 (Saturday). All sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

▽Definition of adjacent seating when there is space between seats and notes for ticket acquisition

As stated below, during matches with restrictions, please sit with space between seats. During extremely strict measures (strong restrictions) for matches with a limit of 5,000 people, there will be a two-seat gap between the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center), while the North side (Home) will have a two-seat gap up to the 17th row of the lower section, and a three-seat gap from the 18th row onwards. The upper section will have a three-seat gap throughout.
Therefore, when making a purchase, please consider seat numbers with 1 to 3 seats available as consecutive seats.
※If you purchase seats through automatic selection, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, a notice stating "We were unable to provide consecutive seats. You will be provided with seats that are separated. If this is acceptable, please check the approval and proceed with the process." will be displayed in the system, but please proceed as is.
(Example) When selecting 2 tickets and obtaining "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 4", Row 1 Seats 2 and 3 are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.

Additionally, it is possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection, but it is not guaranteed that seats will be together due to the system. Therefore, we recommend purchasing by selecting individual seats.

【Rules for Automatic Seat Selection】
It is possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection, but please note that seats will be automatically selected according to the rules below. Therefore, we recommend that you choose your own seats by purchasing through the "Individual Seat Selection" option.

・Automatic Selection Rule
Select from available seats that are "close to the pitch" and in the "central area" within the chosen seat type

In the above case, if you purchase two tickets with automatic selection, there are "seats 4 and 7 in row 7 available next to each other". However, in the case of automatic selection, the system will automatically choose seats that are "close to the pitch" and in the "central area", so "seats 4 in row 3 and 2 in row 6" will be selected.
If you choose individual seat selection, you will be able to select and purchase your own seats, allowing you to purchase "seats 4 and 7 in row 7" together, so please make sure to purchase with individual seat selection.

▼Major Changes in the Strict Security Match System

To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, all attendees must sit in reserved seats. Please note that seat changes cannot be made after purchase.
In addition, due to the conversion to all reserved seating, the seating arrangement and prices differ from regular matches, so please be careful when making your purchase.
Seats in the 19th row of the lower stand are expected to be wet from rain. On the day of the event, in order to prevent the spread of infection, moving to vacant seats or aisles under the roof to watch the game is strictly prohibited. Please make sure to watch from the seat you purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
Due to the conversion to all reserved seating, priority entry for SOCIO will not be implemented.

②Tickets sold only through FC Tokyo (J.League Tickets)
As with ①, tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J.League Tickets) for the purpose of identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection.

③ Seat Spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please maintain a distance of 1 to 3 seats between you and others in front, behind, and to the sides. Accompanying guests, including family members who came with you, should also maintain this spacing (children not yet in school may sit on laps).

④Tickets will be on sale about one week before the match
Due to the possibility of changes in match hosting restrictions depending on the spread of COVID-19, ticket sales will begin for each match approximately one week before the match date. Additionally, the first day of sales for advance, early, and general sales will start at 8:00 AM.

⑤Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
