※Seats that have been reserved the day before and have not been paid by the deadline will expire, and will be resold starting at 10:00 AM the next day.

[For SOCIO Members]
We will be conducting advance sales for 2020 SOCIO members.
*Due to the short period until the start of sales, the lottery that was conducted during the ticket release for the Urawa match on 7/18 (Sat) will not be held. All sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

※All 2020SOCIO members are eligible, regardless of whether they have applied for a refund or not.

For pair seats, due to the seating arrangement, they will be sold by lottery. Please apply from the application form that we are sending by mail. Please note that today, 7/20, is the application deadline.

Similar to SOCIO, tickets can be purchased during the pre-sale period. Please refer to the separate mailing (sent on July 8th) for information on how to purchase.

▽Definition of consecutive seats when there is a gap between seats and notes when purchasing tickets

As shown below, when holding a restricted game, please sit with a space between seats. During a state of extreme vigilance (strong restrictions) with a limit of 5,000 people, the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) will have a space of two seats, the North side (Home) will have a space of two seats up to the 17th row, and a space of three seats from the 18th row and above, and all upper levels will have a space of three seats.
Therefore, when purchasing, please consider seats with a gap of 1 to 3 seats as consecutive seats.
※If you purchase seats automatically selected, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, "Continuous seats could not be prepared. Seats will be separated. If there is no problem, please check the approval and proceed with the procedure as it is." will be displayed as a cautionary message on the system, but please proceed as it is.
(Example) When selecting two seats, if you get "Row 1 Seat 1 and Row 1 Seat 4", seats 2 and 3 in Row 1 are not available for purchase, so please consider purchasing adjacent seats.

Please note that it is possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection, but please be aware that it is not guaranteed to be consecutive seats. We recommend purchasing tickets with individual seat selection.

【Rules for Automatic Seat Selection】
While it is possible to purchase tickets with automatic seat selection, please note that seats will be automatically selected according to the following rules. We recommend that you use the "Individual Seat Selection" option to choose your own seats when making a purchase.

・Automatic Selection Rule
Select from available seats that are "close to the pitch" and "close to the center" within the selected seat type.

[Yellow filled section] Seats currently on sale

In the above case, if you choose automatic selection and purchase 2 tickets, it will be "vacant seats in rows 7 and 7 are adjacent", but in the case of automatic selection, "seats close to the pitch and in the center area" will be automatically selected, so "row 3, seat 4 and row 6, seat 2" will be selected.
If you choose individual seats, you can select and purchase your seats yourself. You can also purchase seats in "Row 7, Seat 4 and Row 7, Seat 7" together. Please purchase individual seats if possible.

▼Major Changes in Super Strict Security Match
①All Seats Designated Seating
Due to the identification and notification of close contacts in case of infection, please be seated in designated seats. Please note that seat changes after purchase are not allowed.
In addition, due to the conversion to all reserved seating, the seat allocation and prices will differ from regular matches, so please be careful when purchasing.
Seats up to the 19th row of the lower stand are expected to get wet in the rain. On the day of the match, in order to prevent the spread of infection, please refrain from moving to seats or aisles under the roof or those that are vacant. Please make sure to watch the match from the seat you have purchased, so please be careful when purchasing.
With the conversion to all reserved seating, there will be no priority entry for SOCIO members.

②Tickets sold only through Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets)
①In order to identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, tickets will only be sold through Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets).

③Seat Spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please leave 1-3 seats between you and others when sitting. This also applies to accompanying family members (lap seating is allowed for preschoolers).

④Tickets will be released about 1 week before the match.
Due to the possibility of changes in match restrictions due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, ticket sales will start 1 week before each match and the sales period will start from about 1 week before the match date. In addition, the first day of sales for pre-sales, advance sales, and general sales will start at 8:00 AM.

⑤Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
