Watch FC Tokyo's matches on DAZN, find the answers to the quiz while watching the match, and submit your answers through the J.League ID form by the deadline!
All away games (Meiji Yasuda J1 League away games) from the Cerezo Osaka match on August 9 (Sunday) until the end of the 2020 season will be part of this initiative.

・Only one application is allowed per member ID. If multiple applications are submitted with the same member ID, the application will be deemed invalid.
(Example) If you have applied separately as a SOCIO and a Club Support Member, you can submit two entries in total: one with your SOCIO number and one with your Club Support Member membership number.
・Prizes will be shipped to the registered residence address in your J.League ID. If you have not registered the necessary information for shipping (postal code, address, name, phone number), please register it by the campaign deadline.
※Please note that if your registered address changes after the prize has been shipped and the item is returned, we will not resend the prize.
・Resale on auctions or flea market sites after winning is prohibited. Please apply with this understanding.
