・Each member ID is allowed one application. If multiple applications are submitted under one member ID, those applications will be deemed invalid.
(Example) If you have applied for both SOCIO and Club Support Member, you can submit one application with your SOCIO number and one with your Club Support Member number, totaling two applications.
・The prizes will be shipped to the registered residence associated with your J.League ID. If you have not registered the necessary information (postal code, address, name, phone number), please do so by the end of the campaign.
* Please note that if your registered address changes after winning and the item is returned, it will not be resent.
