・Each member ID can only submit one application. If multiple applications are submitted with one member ID, the applications will be invalidated.
(Example) If you have applied as both a SOCIO and a club support member, you can submit one application with your SOCIO number and one with your club support member number, for a total of two applications.
・The prizes will be shipped to the registered residence associated with your J.League ID. If you have not registered the necessary information (postal code, address, name, phone number), please do so by the end of the campaign.
* Please note that if your registered address changes after winning and the item is returned, it will not be resent.
・After winning, resale on auction or flea market sites is prohibited. Please apply with this understanding.

・The quiz results will be based on the information displayed in the DAZN program, and will be considered correct.
