March 17 (Wed), 2021 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 5 FC Tokyo vs Shonan Bellmare (18:00 kick-off / Ajinomoto Stadium) ticket sales announcement.
Due to the limited match, entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed. Everyone who has purchased an annual ticket will also need to purchase a separate ticket. For limited matches, advance sales will be conducted for 2021 SOCIO members.
* Entry is not allowed with the SOCIO card, so annual ticket resale is also excluded.
Refunds for annual tickets will be processed in a lump sum after the end of the season.
* Pair seat holders will also need to purchase tickets each time. Details on how to purchase will be provided separately.
In response to the extension of the state of emergency, due to the restrictions on event hosting, we will change the kickoff time as there is a push for reduced operating hours until 8 PM.

■ Notice
・For those purchasing tickets from now on, although the system shows the kickoff time as 19:00, please be aware that the kickoff will be at 18:00 as stated above.
・There is no need to repurchase tickets. Tickets you have already purchased can be used as is.
・As previously announced, refunds will not be provided due to the change in kickoff time.
■ About Official Resale
・Those who purchased tickets as QR tickets can list them for official resale until the day before the match.

* The following tickets are not eligible for resale:
1. Paper tickets issued at convenience stores (including pair seats)
2. Corporate select tickets
3. QR tickets other than SOCIO price, member price, and general price (such as CSM limited Main S reserved seats (south side) special price tickets)
This match will be held after the current state of emergency declaration period (after 3/7), but since the lifting has not been officially decided at this time, ticket sales (starting 3/3) will begin with a limit of 5,000 tickets. If the state of emergency is lifted or the situation changes, we plan to relax the entry restrictions according to the operational protocols at that time.
As for the visitor seats, they will not be sold at the time of ticket release, and sales are planned to start after the relaxation of restrictions is confirmed.
Regarding this match, due to the extension of the state of emergency declaration, the planned easing of restrictions will not be implemented.
Sales will end when the currently available tickets are sold out, and the match will be operated with a visitor limit of 5,000 people.
Additionally, tickets for the "visitor seats" will not be sold, so those supporting the visiting team will not be able to attend.

□ About Seat Spacing
According to the J-League's guidelines for COVID-19 measures, it is stated to maintain a distance of about one seat in front, behind, and to the sides. However, regarding the match against Shonan on March 17 (Wednesday), tickets will be sold starting with a spacing of three seats in front, behind, and to the sides, similar to the 5,000-person limit at the time of ticket sales.After that, once the easing of restrictions is confirmed, we plan to sell additional tickets with three seats apart on both sides in the rows that were not previously on sale.
Due to the extension of the state of emergency declaration, no additional sales will be made. Therefore, the match will be operated with the same seating intervals as at the time of the initial sale.

However, as a special project limited to weekdays during the 5,000-person restriction, we will implement a discounted sale of main S designated seats (south side) utilizing the rights to special tickets as outlined below.

･ There are no free seats available. You can exchange your coupon code for a reserved seat.

You will need to process one seat for each coupon code. If you have multiple coupon codes, you will need to enter each coupon code for one seat and complete the process individually.
If U-18 members are exchanging tickets, there will also be a spacing between the seats.

□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or on-site ticket booths at the stadium on the day of the event.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff as much as possible.

・To identify and notify contacts in case of infection, all seats are reserved and must be occupied accordingly.

・Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gate. Entry will be refused if your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, and ticket fees will not be refunded.
・Preschool children do not require a ticket if they watch the game on a guardian’s lap.
・Listing tickets on auctions or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
・Even if the kickoff time changes due to an extension of the state of emergency or similar reasons, ticket refunds will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
