Due to limited matches, entry with SOCIO card is not available. For those who have purchased annual tickets, you will also need to purchase tickets separately. For limited matches, we will conduct advance sales for 2021 SOCIO members.
※Socio cards cannot be used for entry, so annual ticket resale is also not eligible.
※Refunds for annual tickets will be made in a lump sum after the end of the season.
※Please note that even those with pair sheets will need to purchase tickets separately. Details on how to purchase will be provided separately.This match will be held after the current state of emergency declaration (3/7), but at this time, the lifting of the declaration has not been officially decided, so ticket sales will start with a limit of 5,000 tickets at the time of sale (3/7). In the future, if the state of emergency is lifted or the situation changes, we plan to relax the entry restrictions according to the operating protocol at that time.
Visitor seats will not be sold at the time of ticket sales, but will be sold after the relaxation of restrictions has been confirmed.
Regarding this match, we will not relax the restrictions that were planned due to the extension of the state of emergency.
We will operate the game with a limit of 5,000 spectators.
In addition, tickets for the "visitor seats" will not be sold, so those who wish to support the visiting team will not be able to attend.

Seat Spacing
According to the J-League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, back, left, and right", but for the 3/21 (Sun) Sendai match, tickets will be sold with a distance of 3 seats between left and right and front and back, similar to the 5,000 person limit at the time of ticket sales.After that, at the time when the relaxation of restrictions was confirmed, we plan to sell additional tickets by leaving three seats on the left and right of the unoccupied rows.
Due to the extension of the state of emergency, there will be no additional sales. Therefore, the game will be operated with the same seat spacing as during the "start of sales".

If not sold out in advance sales, Club Support Members can purchase tickets at member prices from the advance sales date (up to 4 tickets per game).
※There will be no exchange of free back seat tickets or invitation to back center designated seats during games with a limit of 5,000 people. We ask for your understanding.
Note: If restrictions are relaxed in the future, there is a possibility that additional ticket exchanges for special tickets will be implemented. In that case, we will inform you again.

[About Visitor Seats]
Regarding visitor seats, they will not be sold at the start of sales, but will be sold when the restrictions are relaxed.
□Purchasing Method
Due to "Identification and Notification of Close Contacts in Case of Infected Person", tickets will only be sold through Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket). Please understand that tickets will not be sold at convenience stores or on the day of the match at the stadium.
To minimize contact between customers and staff, we recommend purchasing QR tickets.
Difference between ticketing and payment methods
Due to the short sales period, the available purchase time differs depending on the ticketing and payment methods.
Please check the following and be careful not to invalidate your reserved seat.

・To identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, please take your seat in the designated seat.

- From the perspective of preventing the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving from designated seats such as those under the roof or in open seats and aisles.
・Please note that it is not guaranteed that you can purchase your desired seat type, seat, or adjacent seat with simultaneous applicants as it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
・With the conversion to all reserved seating, priority entry for SOCIO members will not be implemented.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry and we will not be able to refund your ticket. Please understand.
・Children who are not yet in school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
