About Seat Spacing
According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, back, left, and right", and for the 4/24 (Sat) Tosu match, tickets will be sold with one seat on the left and right and one row in front and back left empty.
Afterwards, if restrictions are relaxed, we plan to add additional sales in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left and right in the column that was not sold.

[For SOCIO Members]
Due to limited seating, entry with a SOCIO card is not available. Please purchase a separate ticket. Pre-sale tickets will be available for 2021 SOCIO members.

※Refunds for annual tickets will be made in a lump sum after the end of the season.
※Please note that even those with pair sheets will need to purchase tickets separately. Details on how to purchase will be provided separately.

[For Corporate Select Ticket Holders]
If you have purchased a Corporate Select Ticket, you can exchange it starting from the pre-sale period.
・Number of rights: 4 tickets per coupon code (serial key) per game

[Club Support Members]
If not sold out in advance sales, Club Support Members can purchase tickets at member prices from the advance sales date (up to 4 tickets per game).
※We will exchange the back seat benefit ticket and invite you to the back center designated seat.
Due to the change to a limit of 5,000 people, we will not be exchanging back seat benefit tickets or inviting to the back center designated seats. We appreciate your understanding.

･There is no free seating available. You can exchange your coupon code for a designated seat. There will be no additional charge.
･The exchange will end when the target seat type is sold out.
･Your coupon code can be confirmed on the member menu/member information inquiry page in My Page.
･One seat per coupon code must be processed. If you have multiple coupon codes, please enter one coupon code per seat and complete the process individually.
･ If U-18 members exchange, they will also exchange with a seat spacing.

□Purchasing Method
Due to "Identification and Notification of Close Contacts in Case of Infected Person", tickets will only be sold through Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket). Please understand that tickets will not be sold at convenience stores or on the day of the match at the stadium.
To minimize contact between customers and staff, we recommend purchasing QR tickets.

Difference between ticketing and payment methods
Due to the short sales period, the available purchase time differs depending on the ticketing and payment methods.
Please check the following and be careful not to invalidate your reserved seat.

[Notes]
・To identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, please take your seat in the designated seat.
・Please also have accompanying persons, including family members who came to the venue together, sit at a distance from each other. (Infants can sit on their parents' laps)
- From the perspective of preventing the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving from designated seats such as those under the roof or in open seats and aisles.
・Please note that it is not guaranteed that you can purchase your desired seat type, seat, or adjacent seat with simultaneous applicants as it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
・With the conversion to all reserved seating, priority entry for SOCIO members will not be implemented.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry and we will not be able to refund your ticket. Please understand.
・Children who are not yet in school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
- Listing on auctions and similar platforms is strictly prohibited.
