On April 24 (Saturday), 2021, we would like to inform you about the ticket sales for the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 11 match between FC Tokyo and Sagan Tosu (14:00 kickoff at Ajinomoto Stadium).
Due to the limited match, entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed. Everyone who has purchased an annual ticket will also need to purchase a separate ticket. For limited matches, advance sales will be conducted for 2021 SOCIO members.
※Entry is not allowed with the SOCIO card, so annual ticket resale is also excluded.
Refunds for annual tickets will be processed in a lump sum after the end of the season.
* Those with pair seats will also need to purchase tickets each time. Details on how to purchase will be provided separately.This match will be held after the transition period based on the J League's guidelines for COVID-19. However, since the ticket sales will start during the transition period (on 4/10), we will begin ticket sales with a limit of 10,000 people. Additional sales will be conducted once the transition period has ended.In accordance with the Special Measures Law, we will begin ticket sales with a limit of 5,000 people for the "Priority Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19" applied to Tokyo.
Additionally, tickets for the 'visitor seats' will not be sold, so those supporting the visiting team will not be able to attend.If you are supporting the visiting team, please purchase a ticket for the "Visitor Seats."The only seating type where you can wear visitor merchandise and support the visiting team is the "Visitor Seats"; all other seating types are for FC Tokyo supporters.
As mentioned above, there will be no Visitor Seats available. Those who wish to support the visiting team will not be able to attend, so please understand.

*Although this would normally be the price during the 5,000 person limit, due to system constraints, there will be no changes to the original sale price.
□ About Seat SpacingAccording to the J.League's guidelines for responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is stated to "maintain a distance of about one seat in front, behind, and on both sides." For the match against Tosu on April 24 (Saturday), ticket sales will begin with one seat empty on both sides and one row empty in front and behind.
If the restrictions are relaxed afterwards, we plan to sell additional tickets in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left empty on either side in the rows that were not previously sold.

If there are unsold tickets from the pre-sale, all 2021 Club Support Members can purchase them at member prices starting from the advance sale date (up to 4 tickets per match).* Exchange for back seat benefit tickets and invitations for back center designated seats will be conducted.
Due to the change to a limit of 5,000 people, the exchange for back seat benefit tickets and invitations for back center designated seats will not be conducted. We appreciate your understanding.

･ There will be no free seating available. You can exchange your coupon code for designated seats. Additionally, there will be no additional charges.
･ The exchange will also end when the target seat type is sold out.
You can check your coupon code on the member menu/member information inquiry page in your My Page.
You will need to process one seat for each coupon code. If you have multiple coupon codes, you will need to enter each coupon code for one seat and complete the process individually.
If U-18 members are exchanging tickets, there will also be a spacing between the seats.

□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or on-site ticket booths at the stadium on the day of the event.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff as much as possible.
