On August 23rd (Monday), a regular passenger car driven by our club staff (with no passengers) was involved in a rear-end collision while traveling in Koganei City. The details of the incident are as follows.
In this incident, I sincerely pray for the swift recovery of those who were injured and will respond with utmost sincerity.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to everyone involved regarding this matter.
The club will issue a strict warning to the individual and will thoroughly implement measures for traffic safety to prevent recurrence.

1-chome Maehara-cho, Koganei City, Tokyo, Higashi-Yatsu Road

3. Overview
While a regular passenger car driven by our club staff was traveling on the Higashi-Hachi Road towards Mitaka, it failed to notice that the truck in front had stopped after stopping at a red light at the intersection, resulting in a rear-end collision with the truck.
Additionally, the person (male/without passengers) who was in the vehicle that was rear-ended has since received medical examination at a nearby hospital. Our club staff have no injuries.
After the incident occurred, we promptly contacted the police and other relevant parties to respond.
