Please note that the application method for accessible parking and magnetic loop seats has changed in part since the 2021 season. Please check the details and apply.

□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
No prior reservation is required for wheelchair seat usage.
Please purchase your tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Area
"Main S Front" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats / 13 Seats)
"Main S Back"・"Back Back"・"Back Center Back" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair / Approximately 40 Seats)
※Wheelchair seats in the back of the home section and south side section are not available.

2. Tickets for Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and if there are two or more people, you will need to watch from the seats of the tickets you purchased, so please be aware of this in advance.

* This is the cheering section for FC Tokyo.

(1) Persons with a disability certificate
Please purchase home seat tickets regardless of the type of wheelchair seating you will be using to watch the game.


(2)If you do not have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.

* The wheelchair seats in front of the Main S section are prioritized for those with a disability certificate. Depending on the usage situation on the day, you may be guided to the wheelchair seats at the back of the Main S section, so please be aware of this in advance.


3. Wheelchair Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance available. Entry from the main gate is also possible.
Please be sure to bring your disability certificate, as it may be checked at the wheelchair entrance.

4. Notes
We ask for your cooperation to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate and wheelchair entrance (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seats with space between each other.
③ Understanding the Viewing Location
On the day of the match, in order to identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, staff will confirm the seat number of the ticket purchased and the wheelchair seat number (including companions).


□ Disabled Parking
Advance application is required. Those who do not apply will not be able to use the parking lot, so please be sure to apply during the application period.

Applications for the 2021 season are accepted by email only. Please note that applications by fax are not accepted.

(2) We will send you the information for the day via email two business days before the match date.

Please note that we cannot accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery in case of a draw.

□ Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" for those using hearing aids to enjoy the experience. These seats utilize the "telecoil" function on hearing aids to deliver sound captured by a pickup microphone directly to the hearing aid.
* On September 25 (Saturday), due to the 5,000-person limit for the Urawa Reds match, if tickets are sold out, we will not be able to provide seats. Thank you for your understanding.
