We have added some notes on spectator etiquette in response to the easing of visitor restrictions on 9/28.
In the case of a super strict security system and a strict security system during the game, we will prepare in accordance with the J.League's common viewing manners and rules, as well as the newly established J.League's New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines as a measure against the new coronavirus infection.Due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government, there is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly.As of September 25th (Sat), the ticket sales date for this game, the restrictions on the day of the game, such as the extension of the state of emergency and the application of priority measures to prevent the spread, are not confirmed, so we will sell tickets assuming a limit of 5,000 people. If the state of emergency is lifted in the future, we plan to relax the restrictions to the extent of the operating protocol at that time.Tickets for the "visitor seats" will not be sold, so those who support the visiting team will not be able to attend. Please note that wearing the visiting team's uniform or goods and entering/watching/cheering is not allowed. However, if the restrictions are relaxed, there is a possibility that additional tickets will be sold and visitor seats will be set up. The date and time of additional sales will be announced once it is decided.

What is required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is not possible.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If there is a person who is suspected of being infected with COVID-19 among family members or close acquaintances
- If you have traveled to countries or regions where the government has imposed entry restrictions or requires a quarantine period within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with someone who resides in those countries.
・If you have a history of positive PCR tests and fall under the following conditions
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved, as long as it is within 10 days from the onset date)
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test
(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please avoid using the restroom or shops during particularly busy times such as just before the start of the game or during halftime.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after receiving the vaccine.
※We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as our staff will approach those who are not wearing masks.
※Children under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that children over 2 years old wear a mask, but if they do, please make sure that parents and other adults around them pay close attention to their physical condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear one. If you choose not to wear a mask, please cooperate with infection prevention measures such as maintaining social distance.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect them frequently.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly prohibited.

□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your entrance ticket.

□Entering and exiting the stadium
(1) Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and you will not be allowed to enter if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.
Please note that even if you are denied entry, there will be no refunds. In addition, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
*Please bring disinfectant in a portable bottle or similar and frequently disinfect your hands from a prevention standpoint against infection.
(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 90 minutes before the start of the game, but it may be subject to change.

(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to have your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At gate ②, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket to receive a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once you have confirmed your re-entry card.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, Back Gate 3, Back Gate 1 (see diagram above)
Re-entry time: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime.
(6) No disciplinary action will be taken, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing infection by adjusting the time, etc.
※Please also leave enough space between you and the people around you when leaving the venue. Thank you for your cooperation.
□Events and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
*Information about the events will be provided on the official homepage and other sources.
(2) Greetings by the mascot outside the field and in the concourse are not allowed.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales will be conducted.
※Alcohol sales are not allowed. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited.
Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-refundable)

(4) Goods will be sold.

(5) No smoking areas are installed inside the stadium.
□How to Watch
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the game is prohibited.
※Do not sit next to each other without spacing, move to the front of the stand and call out to the players, or move to a place where you won't get wet in case of rain.
(2) Wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and hand clapping only) is also only allowed in the "visitor seats".
(3) Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting, singing, and crowding.
(4) In groups of 5 or more, seating next to each other is allowed at the discretion of the host club, but at FC Tokyo, we continue to leave space between seats to prevent overcrowding and avoid conflicts between visitors.
As the relaxation of restrictions has been confirmed, additional sales will be conducted with a space of 3 seats left and right in the columns that were not sold at the time of sale.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. There will be no shuttle bus service for games with a 10,000 person limit. Please use regular bus services.
Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK with 15 food trucks at Onigiri Maruhiro Square and Aji Panda Square.
Q3. Can I bring in food and drinks, including alcohol?
A3. Bringing in alcohol is prohibited. In order to follow proper viewing manners inside the stadium, we ask that you refrain from drinking inside the stadium. There are no restrictions on bringing in food and drinks other than alcohol. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Q4. Are there food and drink stands inside the stadium?
A4. We have food and drink stands open. However, alcohol is not sold. Please check the official homepage for open stores.
Q5. Are there merchandise stands?
A5. We have merchandise stands open, but they will be smaller than usual. Please also consider using the official online shop to avoid crowds.
Q6. Are there gachapon machines?
A6. We have gachapon machines for sale, but they will not be sold through regular machines. Instead, a staff member will hand you the product. Also, please refrain from exchanging products or any other activities that may cause crowding.
