We will be implementing a plan for club support members to observe pre-match pitch practice from the pitch side. As part of the "FAMILY DAY" event being held on the day, we will be recruiting 10 parent-child pairs (20 people) to participate! Please take this opportunity to observe pitch practice with your family!

Please confirm the following and apply from the application form. Please note that this event does not include tickets, so please make sure to prepare your own tickets when participating.

We will contact only the selected applicants by Nov 12 (Fri) to the registered email address of the J-League ID used at the time of application.

□Notes
・The right to win is only valid for those who have applied and cannot be transferred to a third party including family members.
・Only one application per person is allowed. Multiple applications will be invalid.

・Due to the operation of the match, we may contact the winner for confirmation.
・For one guardian who has won, only one preschool child is allowed to accompany. However, please note that even if it is a preschool child, more than two people cannot accompany.
・Other than the participants, you cannot enter beyond the meeting place due to the operation of the match. Please note.
・When participating, please prepare your own admission ticket.
・During the participation, we cannot take care of any other children other than the participating child. Please note.
・The rights to the portraits of the participants taken may belong to FC Tokyo, and we may use the portraits of the participants for press releases and future FC Tokyo productions, publications, and public relations activities. Please apply after obtaining consent.
