12/4 (Sat) Fukuoka Match Wheelchair Seats, Disabled Parking, and Magnetic Loop Seats

Regarding the wheelchair seats, disabled parking, and magnetic loop seats for the Avispa Fukuoka match on December 4th (Saturday), the operational methods are as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that the application process for accessible parking and magnetic loop seating has changed in part since the 2021 season. Please check and apply accordingly.

□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
No prior reservation is required to use wheelchair seats.
Please purchase your tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Area
"Main Stand Front North Side" "Main Stand Front South Side" Wheelchair Seats (Old Permanent Wheelchair Seats / 13 seats each)
"Main Stand Back North Side" "Main Stand Back South Side" • "Back Stand Back" • "Back Center Back" Wheelchair Seats (Old Temporary Wheelchair / about 40 seats)
* Home seats, visitor seats, and wheelchair seats at the back of the south side seats are not available for use.


2. Tickets You Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and if there are two or more people, you will need to watch from the seats of the tickets you purchased, so please be aware of this in advance.

▽Home Wheelchair Seats※This will be the cheering section for FC Tokyo.
(1) For those who have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for home seats regardless of the type of wheelchair seating you will be using to watch the game.


(2)If you do not have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.

* The main S front wheelchair seats are prioritized for those with a disability certificate. Depending on the usage situation on the day, you may be guided to the main S rear wheelchair seats, so please understand in advance.

▽ Visitor wheelchair seats
* The types of wheelchair seats where you can watch the game wearing the visitor team's uniform and goods are only the main S front wheelchair seats (south side) and the main S rear wheelchair seats (south side).
* Other seating types will be designated as FC Tokyo support seats, so please be aware of this in advance.

3. Wheelchair Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance available. You can also enter from the main gate.
Please be sure to bring your disability certificate, as it may be checked at the wheelchair entrance.


4. Notes
We ask for your cooperation to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate and wheelchair entrance (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seats with space between each other.
③Understanding the Viewing Location
On the day of the match, to identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, staff will confirm the seat number of the ticket purchased and the wheelchair seat number for viewing (including companions).


□Disabled Parking
Requires prior application. Those without an application will not be able to use the parking, so please be sure to apply during the application period.

* Those applying for the first time this season must submit a copy of their disability certificate.
Applications for the 2021 season are accepted by email only. Please note that applications by fax are not accepted.

(2) We will send you the information for the day via email two business days before the match date.
※If you do not receive an email by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry address.
Please note that we cannot accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery in case of a draw.
*Please ensure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp" to receive the notification email.

□Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" for those using hearing aids to enjoy the experience. These seats utilize the "telecoil" function on hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.
* On December 4th (Saturday), for the match against Tokushima Vortis, tickets will be sold with a 50% capacity limit. If tickets are sold out during the member pre-sale, we will not be able to provide seats. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*Please note that seat selection is not available.

*If you have a disability certificate, please submit a copy of the certificate when applying for the first time in the season.
Applications will only be accepted via email starting from the 2021 season. Please note that applications via fax will not be accepted.
