On December 4 (Saturday), 2021, we will provide information about the treasure goods lottery and player card distribution for the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 38 vs Avispa Fukuoka (14:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium).

The treasure goods lottery will be held online only. (If you participate in the online treasure goods lottery, a URL to download a digital player card will be included in the completion email.)
For the online treasure goods lottery, please log in to your member-only My Page and apply through the dedicated form that will be provided in the notification on the day of the match.
Player card distribution and exchange of U-18 membership benefit goods will be conducted at the member tent.

Please stop by the member tents on the main side or back side when you arrive.

*We have prepared four types of player card data (the image is type ①)

①Player Card
→This is the standard design of the player card.

②Home Screen
→This is the image resized to the mobile phone home screen size (2,436×1,125)

③ Postcard

④Folded Player Card
→This is the data for the front and back of a standard player card.
*③④ can be printed out by the customer using the Seven-Eleven Net Print service. Additionally, if you specify L-size photos for the folded player cards and print them out, you can create the player cards yourself.
