The J.League YBC Levain Cup Group Stage Sec. 1 match between FC Tokyo and Júbilo Iwata, scheduled for February 23 (Wednesday, holiday), and the Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 2 match between FC Tokyo and Nagoya Grampus, scheduled for February 26 (Saturday), have been canceled.

FC Tokyo has received positive diagnoses for multiple top team players and staff for COVID-19. Under the guidance of the relevant health department, team activities will be suspended for 7 days from Feb 20 (Sun) to Feb 26 (Sat) to prevent the spread of infection.
As a result, it has been determined by the J.League Chairman that the entry requirements specified in the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1, J2, and J3 League match implementation guidelines cannot be met, leading to the decision to cancel the match.
We will provide further information regarding the alternative dates as soon as they are decided.
