Everyone who made a payment for the 2022 season annual ticket after December 25, 2021 (Saturday) will receive the complete set of annual tickets at FC Tokyo's home game venue.

□For those with a pre-arranged seating method
・You can receive the entire annual ticket set at the match venue and enter with your SOCIO card.
・For those who have "continued" their application from the 2021 season, please bring last year's SOCIO card for use in the 2022 season. Please use the seats indicated on the seat sticker included with the annual ticket package.


□ Refund Method
・You will receive the entire annual ticket package, but please note that the matches on March 12 (Sat) against Sanfrecce Hiroshima and March 15 (Tue) against Júbilo Iwata will be held with capacity restrictions, so a separate ticket purchase will be required for entry.


□ About Pickup Location and Time

* This will be handed over outside the venue, so please collect it before entering.

Mar 12 (Sat) Sanfrecce Hiroshima match
12:00～until halftime ends

March 15 (Tuesday) vs. Júbilo Iwata
17:15 until the end of halftime


□Important Notes for Pickup at the Venue
・Please be aware that it may take time to receive your items due to infection prevention measures, etc.
・Please ensure that payment is completed in advance for pickup.
・For those who have selected the "Refund Method," please note that entry with a SOCIO card is not allowed for restricted matches. You will need to purchase tickets yourself.
*Refunds will be processed in a lump sum "after the end of the season."
