In matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the existing J-League common viewing manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the newly established "J-League COVID-19 Response Guidelines" as measures against the novel coronavirus infection.
Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions made by local governments, there is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods may change suddenly.
□About the Unified Prohibition Rules of the J League
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security based on management regulations. When attending matches, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited acts within the stadium, the J.League unified prohibited rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules), and the FC Tokyo Management Regulations.
Please note that whether an act violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts causing security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering. Furthermore, you may also be prohibited from entering matches held at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred, so please be aware of this in advance.
□ Regarding filming and video usage inside the stadium during match broadcasts
All or part (including still images) of the footage filmed inside the stadium (including the concourse) for the purpose of match broadcasts, which may include portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, chants, and other creations, may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts as described below. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by J.League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions and various merchandise created by J.League or parties designated by J.League (including partner companies)
□ Requirements for all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from visiting if it is difficult for you to attend.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you have tested positive and are under activity restrictions by a medical institution (including cases where a positive test result was received before diagnosis)
・If someone in your household or close acquaintances is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled within the past 14 days to countries or regions subject to entry restrictions or observation periods by the government and are under activity restrictions by public authorities
(2) Please refrain from handshakes and hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distancing (when entering/exiting, in restroom lines, etc.).
※Restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded especially just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times inside the stadium.
※We recommend non-woven fabric masks with high filtration efficiency.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as an infection prevention measure even after vaccination.
※Staff will remind those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old may enter and watch without wearing masks, according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (regarding effects on infants and children, question 10). Mask wearing is recommended for preschool children aged 2 and older, but if masks are worn, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is unwell or cannot wear a mask continuously, do not force mask wearing. If masks are not worn, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with guardians.
(5) Please cooperate with "cough etiquette" to prevent infection from droplets caused by coughing or sneezing.
※This means covering your mouth and nose with a mask, tissue, handkerchief, or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
(6) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) if possible.
(7) Temperature checks are conducted at the entrance gates.
If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
□ Prohibited Items
Except when deemed necessary by the operations and safety managers, please do not bring items prohibited under the J.League unified prohibited items list or the following items into the facility.
・Bottles and cans
※Contents of bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that security staff recognize as potentially interfering with match operations or progress, or causing inconvenience or danger to others
□ Stadium Entry and Exit
(1) All seats are reserved. There will be no queue management to secure entry order before the gates open.
Please absolutely refrain from forming waiting lines around the stadium in advance.
The gates are scheduled to open 120 minutes before the match starts, but this may change, so please check the official homepage for updates.
(2) The entrance gate varies depending on the type of seat. Please make sure to check your ticket type and the entrance gates below before entering.

□Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are reserved.
During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as moving to the front of the stands to shout at the players). Please watch the match from your own seat.
(2) The home section on the first level and the visitor section can be used as standing areas for cheering.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you will not ask those who are standing to "please sit down." Standing while watching is prohibited in other areas.
(3) Watching the game while wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the areas below.

(4) There are traffic restrictions within the concourse.

□ Prohibited Actions
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the management and safety personnel, please refrain from any actions that are universally prohibited by the J League and the following items in any facility.
・The display of banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) or actions that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a matter of common sense in society and as a club, if we determine that something falls under defamation or discrimination, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, we will ask them to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, there may be a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of duct tape when installing banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
・Intentional reservation of space (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). For more details, please check here.
・Bringing in and using drums and large flags outside of the designated area.
・Actions such as "crossing over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
・Stand up from the chair or place your feet on the backrest while watching or cheering.
・Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stands.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Acts recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, or likely to cause inconvenience or danger to others.

・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・We cannot store strollers. Please use the stroller parking area near the entrance gate if you arrive with a stroller. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
・There is no public parking at Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
