We have added details on how to obtain the "Voice Support Area Admission Ticket" for Home Free Seat SOCIO.
Notice regarding ticket sales for the 2022 Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League Sec. 24 match against Shimizu S-Pulse (kickoff at 18:00/Ajinomoto Stadium) on August 7th (Sunday).
As announced by the J-League on June 30 (Thursday), the official match for the gradual introduction of vocal support will be held on August 7 (Sunday) for the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 24 match against Shimizu S-Pulse. Please note that there are differences for SOCIO members compared to the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on July 6 (Wednesday), so please be sure to check.

Only the following seating types will be designated as "Cheering Area" and will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern.

※Please present your ticket when entering the "Cheering Area" as ticket checks will be conducted.
※Masks are required and there are restrictions on eating and drinking within the area. For more details, please check the Spectator Etiquette.
※Reserved seat SOCIO and corporate annual ticket holders are eligible to change to general admission seats. However, please note that if the corresponding seat type is sold out, seat changes will not be possible for this match.

・Do not incite cheering outside of the designated cheering area (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing or blowing a whistle outside the cheering area
・Use of megaphones including Tramega outside the vocal support area
・High five, shoulder hug

- Acts such as displaying gate flags on seats that may cause inconvenience to other customers

[About Seat Spacing]
For this match, only the lower level of the home general admission area and the lower level of the visitor general admission area, which will be designated as the "cheering area," will have a checkerboard pattern with one empty seat in front, behind, to the left, and to the right.
※Please note that due to the structure of the stadium, there may be areas where seats are not arranged regularly. Thank you for your understanding.
Tickets will be sold with seats packed except for the cheering area.

About the event pattern
Although it is limited to 50%, seating will only be available in the lower level of the home general seating area with seats spaced apart, so it will be implemented in Event Pattern A. Those with a SOCIO card (pre-allocated seating method, refund method, second half season ticket) can enter with their SOCIO card.
We will implement a refund reception for those who have selected the refund method and have a home free seat SOCIO ticket for the second half of the year.
[For all SOCIO members]
If you have not applied for a refund due to the installation of the cheering area, you can enter with your SOCIO card. If you have applied for a refund, you will need to purchase a separate ticket.
For those who wish to watch the game in the "Cheering Area" with the Home General Admission SOCIO, please be sure to obtain an admission ticket to the "Cheering Area" in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.

④Select [1 ticket] for the number of tickets (selecting 2 or more will result in an error)
⑤Confirm the details and select "Proceed to purchase procedure"
⑥Select "No payment" for the payment method and "QR ticket issuance" for the receiving method
⑦Check the terms of use and select "Confirm purchase" to complete the acquisition
※After completing the ticket acquisition, the acquired ticket will be displayed in the "Ticket List/QR Issuance" section of the account menu on the My Page.
※On the day of the match, please present your "SOCIO card" at the entrance gate and your "QR ticket" (admission ticket) at the voice cheering area entrance.

(1)When entering the stadium, please enter as usual with your SOCIO card.
※"Admission tickets" cannot be used to enter the "Cheering Area".
(2) When entering the "Cheering Area", please present the admission ticket (QR code) that you have obtained in advance.
※Entry to the "Cheering Area" with SOCIO card is not allowed.
[For Corporate Season Ticket Holders]
Corporate season ticket holders can use exchange tickets.
Please bring your ticket to the exchange tent and proceed with the exchange process.
※We will ask for your preference between lower and upper levels when exchanging for home general admission tickets.
・Refund method selection and acceptance of refunds for home general admission SOCIO ticket holders who have purchased tickets for the second half of the year
Regarding the refund method, we have stated at the time of sale that "refunds will be made for matches that have become limited and require seating with spacing between seats."
For this match, only those with home general admission tickets will be required to sit in designated areas with spaced seating. Refunds will be available for those who select the home general admission SOCIO option and wish to receive one.

※For those who have applied for a refund, please note that due to system settings, the resale and transfer period for the Yokohama F.Marinos match on September 3rd (Sat) or 4th (Sun) may be shortened.

[About Visitor General Admission Seats]
Tickets for "Visitor General Admission Seats" will be on sale starting from 10:00 on Tuesday, July 26th, in addition to general sales.
The area where you can cheer out loud is limited to the lower level of the visitor's general seating, so please be aware of this beforehand.
*Please present your ticket when entering the "Cheering Area". Ticket checks will be conducted upon entry to the area.

[Notes]
・Please note that it is not guaranteed that you can purchase your desired seat type, seat, or adjacent seat with simultaneous applicants as it is on a first-come, first-served basis.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry and we will not be able to refund your ticket. Please understand.
・Children who are not yet in school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
