Tap the "Search by Keyword" section on the gate selection display and enter either "SOCIO", "General", or "Chofu"

At FC Tokyo, in order to reduce the burden on fans and supporters waiting in line for entry, we will introduce a ticket reservation system utilizing the communication app "LINE" for general admission (SOCIO and general).
The waiting line for entry is to organize the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gates open and in time for kickoff, SOCIO members can use the SOCIO priority entry, and there will be seats available for all ticket holders to sit.
Not everyone is required to participate in the lottery. Please decide your arrival time according to your viewing method.
□ Start of Operation
From the Júbilo Iwata match on July 17, 2022 (only for matches at Ajinomoto Stadium)

① Those with SOCIO or corporate annual tickets entering through the North Gate

Note: From the 2023 season, due to the designation of seats for items 3 and 4, there will be no waiting lines.
* The operation for other reserved seat holders and visitor free seating will continue as it is currently.
※Even those who have not applied for the lottery can line up behind the lottery applicants. Not everyone is required to participate in the lottery.

□ How to Participate in the Lottery (Obtain Order Number)
For Those Using LINE
The lottery will use the LINE mini-app from LINE Corporation.
As a preliminary preparation,
① Please check if the communication app "LINE" is downloaded on your smartphone or other communication devices.
②Please check if LINE is the latest version (iOS: 10.17.0 or higher / Android: 11.5.0 or higher).
③ The lottery will use LINE Corporation's LINE mini-app. Please scan the QR code below and proceed with the steps outlined below.

For those who do not use LINE
Entries will only be accepted via LINE. We apologize for the inconvenience to those who are currently not using LINE, but please download the LINE app on your smartphone, computer, or tablet and participate. We will not be able to assist you at the office, so we appreciate your understanding.
【Step 1】
・Please select "Permission Grant" and "Location Access Permission/Denial" only for the first time.

【Step 2】
・Please choose a gate to line up at. (SOCIO Kitakami G / General Kitakami G / SOCIO Back G / General Back G)
・Please enter how many people will be in line on the day. (The maximum is 5 people including yourself)
※Only the SOCIO member can line up in the SOCIO waiting line. Non-SOCIO companions cannot line up even if they are with a SOCIO member.
※For corporate annual ticket holders, please select either "SOCIO Kitakami G" or "SOCIO Back G" depending on your preferred gate.
・Please tap "Register" to confirm your waiting order.
※If you register the wrong gate or number of people, you can cancel and re-enter during the pre-lottery application period. Cancellations and re-entries after the pre-lottery application period ends are not possible.

[Step 3]
・A reception number will be issued, so please keep it safe. Your entry is complete.
*Please tap the cancel button when you want to cancel your entry.
* If you cancel, re-entry during the pre-lottery application period is possible. Re-entry after the end of the pre-lottery application period is not allowed.

[Step 4]
Once the distribution time for the lottery numbers has passed, the admission tickets will be sequentially notified to you via LINE (Service Messages).
* The notification date and time for the admission ticket will be announced as soon as it is decided.
・On the day of the match, please open the LINE mini-app screen from the LINE talk screen (Service Messages) and present the obtained numbered ticket screen to the staff while lining up. Please note that entry is not allowed with saved images such as screenshots or printed images in advance.
・Those waiting in the SOCIO line must present a SOCIO card for everyone in the line. Please note that if you cannot present a SOCIO card, you will not be allowed to line up even if you have a numbered ticket.
・The validity period of the numbered ticket is the time when the queue organization starts on the day of the match. Please gather before the queue organization starts.

□About the Queue Management on the Day
Details regarding the location and time for queue organization on the day will be provided later.

・The validity period of the ticket will be set to the start time of the queue organization. Please be aware that if you are not present at this time, cannot confirm your ticket in the LINE mini-app, or if there is a mistake with your ticket, you will need to line up at the end of the queue.
・Please note that if the application period for the pre-lottery has passed, you will not be able to participate.
