FC Tokyo will introduce a ticketing system using the communication app "LINE" for the management of the waiting line at the entrance, in order to reduce the burden on fans and supporters who come to the stadium. This system will be available for those with general admission tickets (SOCIO and general admission).
The waiting line for entry is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gate opens and before kickoff, SOCIO members can use the SOCIO priority entrance, and there are seats available for all ticket holders to sit in.
Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery. Please decide your arrival time according to your own way of watching.

For those who use LINE
LINE Corporation's LINE Mini App will be used for the lottery.
As a preparation,
Please check if the communication app "LINE" is downloaded on your smartphone or other communication device.
Please check if LINE is the latest version (iOS: 10.17.0 or above / Android: 11.5.0 or above).

For those who do not use LINE
Only entries through LINE will be accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience to those who do not currently use LINE, but please download the LINE app on your smartphone, computer, or tablet and participate. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot provide support at the office.
[Step 1]
・Select "Allow Permissions" and "Allow/Disallow Location Information Retrieval" only for the first time.
[Step 2]
・Please select the gate you want to line up in. (SOCIO North Gate/General North Gate/SOCIO Back Gate/General Back Gate)
・Please enter the number of people who will be lining up on the day. (Up to 5 people including yourself)
※Only the person with a SOCIO membership can line up in the SOCIO waiting line. Even if they are with a SOCIO member, non-SOCIO companions cannot line up in the SOCIO waiting line.
※For corporate annual ticket holders, please select either "SOCIO North Gate" or "SOCIO Back Gate" depending on your preferred gate.
・Tap "Enter" to confirm your place in line.
※If you make a mistake with the gate or number of people, you can cancel and re-enter during the pre-lottery application period. After the pre-lottery application period ends, it will not be possible to cancel or re-enter.
[Step 3]
・A reception number will be issued, so please keep it. This completes the entry.
※Please tap the cancel button to cancel your entry.
※If you cancel, you can re-enter during the pre-lottery application period. Re-entry after the pre-lottery application period has ended will not be allowed.
[Step 4]
・Once the lottery number distribution date and time has passed, your admission ticket will be notified to you via LINE (Service Messages) in order.
※We will inform you of the notification date and time for the admission ticket as soon as it is decided.
・Please present the ticket screen obtained by opening the LINE mini app screen from the LINE talk screen (Service Messages) to the staff when lining up on the day of the match. Please note that you cannot enter with saved images such as screenshots or printed images.
・If you are waiting in the SOCIO waiting line, all members must present their SOCIO card. Please note that even if you have a numbered ticket, you will not be able to line up without presenting your SOCIO card.
・The expiration date of the numbered ticket will be the start time of the column arrangement to be implemented on the day of the match. Please gather before the start of the column arrangement.
□About organizing lines on the day
Details about the location and time of the day's lineup will be announced at a later date.

・The expiration date of the numbered ticket will be the start time of the line arrangement. Please note that if you do not arrive at this time, you cannot check the numbered ticket in the LINE mini app, or if there is a mistake in the numbered ticket, you will have to line up at the end of the line.
・If the pre-lottery application period has passed, you will not be able to participate, so please be careful.
