Please note that we will begin moving to the pitchside seats at the designated gathering time. If you are late, you will need to wait at the meeting place for a while, so please be aware of this in advance.
□Notes
①Once you are guided to the pitchside seats, you cannot return to the concourse, so please complete [merchandise and food purchases] and [receiving various membership benefits such as player cards] before the gathering time and come to the meeting place.
② Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied.
③To identify and notify contacts in the event of an infection, please watch the game from the designated seats provided by the club.
Since the viewing will be from the pitch side, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from holding preschool-aged children on your lap while watching.
You cannot watch the game with an umbrella. Please prepare your own poncho or raincoat for viewing in case of rain.
Bringing food and drinks is prohibited. Only water is allowed at the seats, and drinking is permitted.
We may refuse entry to those who are drinking alcohol.
Support items such as flags, cheer sticks, and noise makers are not allowed. Towel scarves and uniforms are permitted to be worn.
Participation is not allowed with pointed shoes such as spikes or high heels.
There may be instances where the ball comes flying during or before the match. We cannot take responsibility for injuries, so please be careful.
The ball person and other operational staff may stand on the pitch side, which may obstruct the view.
During the match, you cannot move from your seat except during halftime. Also, please refrain from standing up to cheer.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording during the match are prohibited. However, photography is allowed at your seat before and after the match.
Photos or videos taken of customers during the match may be used by our club, the J League, or general media, so please be aware of this in advance.
