All tickets for those using the transfer and resale service will be canceled and returned to the original owner. Since the transaction itself becomes invalid, no various fees will be incurred.
Due to the verification of the cheering support operation for the designated matches, the refunds that were accepted for the home free seating SOCIO members will be invalid for the August 13th (Saturday) match, so you will be able to enter on the alternative event date.
Please note that for those with parking tickets for paired seats, the parking tickets printed with the original date (8/13) cannot be used. We will send you parking tickets for the alternative event date.

Please bring the exchange ticket printed with the original schedule ("8/13 (Sat) Cerezo Osaka match") to the exchange tent for processing.
・About the Parking Permit
The parking permit printed with the original schedule ("Cerezo Osaka match on 8/13 (Saturday)") cannot be used. We will send you a parking permit for the alternative date.
3. To everyone who purchased advance or same-day tickets for FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets)
All advance and same-day tickets will be refunded.
The refund method varies depending on how you purchase your tickets. Please check below for details.
* All tickets for those using the resale service will be canceled and returned to the owner. Since the transaction itself becomes invalid, no various fees will be incurred.
*Even if you bring your ticket on the alternative date, you will not be able to watch the match. Please make sure to complete your procedures within the "refund period."

Refunds for customers who purchased QR tickets will be processed using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation, and refunds will be carried out by PIA Corporation, which operates J League tickets.
Please check the preparation and procedure steps before the refund starts, and make sure to complete the process by the refund deadline.

(1) Please set up to receive emails from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
We will sequentially provide information regarding the refund process starting from the refund start date to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
We will send it to the applicable customers in order, so please be aware that the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of acceptance, depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. Please set your email settings to allow the receipt of the notification email, such as by whitelisting the domain.
If you have blocked emails with URLs, please adjust your settings to allow them.
* There is a possibility that it may be automatically sorted into the spam folder on the mail server. Please check any other folders you may have, as it may be stored in folders other than the ones you normally use.

As soon as the refund is ready, we will send the ID and password required for the refund to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
* The ID and password required for the refund will be valid for this time only. Please note that you cannot log in with your J League ID.
*If you purchase tickets multiple times, an ID and password will be issued for each purchase.
* Please note that your login ID and password will be locked after three incorrect attempts.

(3) Information on the URL for refund procedures
After providing the ID related to the refund, a URL for the refund procedure will be sent from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
(4) After logging into the dedicated refund URL, please register your account information for the refund
After logging in with the ID and password you received in "2. Information on ID and Password Required for Refund", please register the bank account information for the refund.
* Please make sure to check that there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
*If the deadline for procedures is missed, we will not be able to process refunds. Please make sure to complete your procedures within the deadline.
(5) Please confirm your payment.
"4. After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register your bank account information for the refund." We will deposit the amount equivalent to the purchased ticket price into the registered bank account.
If you complete your procedures by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
For those who purchased paper tickets at the store from 【Ticket FC Tokyo (J League Ticket)】
Customers who received their tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) should bring the tickets to the register of the store where they were issued for a refund.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is printed on the lower section of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible)
Customers who have not yet issued their tickets with credit card payment must first issue them at the store.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 AM the day after ticket issuance.
* Refunds for tickets without stubs cannot be processed, so please handle them with care.
* Refunds will be for the ticket price, system usage fee, and issuance fee.

4. Those who exchanged for the [Club Support Member Benefit Ticket]
The exchanged benefit tickets will be invalid. If you wish to watch a match on an alternative date, please exchange for the benefit tickets again.
For those using the special price tickets for the back center designated seats, refunds will be processed in the same manner as those who purchased QR tickets at [Ticket FC Tokyo (J.League Ticket)].

5. Everyone holding various invitation tickets
will have them all rendered invalid, so please understand.
When conducting a separate transfer, we will send guidance to the email address registered with your J.League ID that received the winning email.
For those who have pair tickets (J-Challenge) from the J.League official app "Club J.LEAGUE" campaign, all pair tickets won in the J-Challenge will be rendered invalid, and the following guidance will apply.
・Those who have won will be awarded 2 J Challenge Tickets.
We will delete the input history of the promotion code so that those who have received an invitation can receive another invitation to J-Challenge.
