※Regarding the refunds for the home general admission SOCIO ticket holders, which were only accepted for the verified matches with voice support, the refunds for the August 13th (Saturday) match will be invalid and you will be able to enter on the alternative rescheduled date.
※For those who have a pair seat with a parking ticket, the parking ticket with the original date (8/13) printed on it cannot be used. We will send you a parking ticket for the alternative event date.
2. Corporate Annual Ticket Purchasing Companies
・Regarding Corporate Annual Ticket Exchange Vouchers
Please bring the ticket with the original schedule ("8/13 (Sat) Cerezo Osaka match") printed on it and complete the procedure at the exchange tent.
・Parking Permit
The parking permit with the original schedule ("8/13 (Sat) Cerezo Osaka match") printed on it cannot be used. We will send you a parking permit for the alternate event date.
3. Tokyo FC Ticket (J-League Ticket) for those who have purchased advance or same-day tickets
All advance and same-day tickets will be refunded.
The refund method varies depending on the ticket purchase method. Please check the details below.
※Tickets for those who use the resale service will all be cancelled and returned to the owner. As the transaction itself becomes invalid, no handling fees will be charged.
※Even if you have your ticket on the alternate date, you will not be able to watch the game. Please make sure to complete the procedure during the "refund period".

For customers who have purchased QR tickets, refunds will be processed by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League tickets, using the remittance service of Uhuru Corporation.

Information regarding the refund procedure will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp" in order of the refund start date.
We will send it to the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date. Please note. Please set it so that you can receive the notification email, such as domain release.
※Please release the setting if the URL-linked email is being rejected.
※There is a possibility that it will be automatically sorted into spam mail on the mail server. If you have a separate folder, please also check it as there is a possibility that it is stored in a folder other than the one you normally use, such as spam mail.

Once the preparations for the refund are complete, we will send the necessary ID and password for the refund to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J-League ID.
※If you purchase multiple tickets, you will receive an ID and password for each purchase.

If you complete the procedure by 8:50-14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] For those who purchased paper tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) through Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)
Customers who purchased tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) can receive a refund by bringing the ticket to the register at the store where it was issued.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is listed on the bottom of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet received your ticket, please go to the store and receive it using credit card payment.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 the day after ticket issuance.

The benefit ticket you have exchanged will become invalid. If you wish to watch the game on an alternative date, please exchange the benefit ticket again.
For those who are using the special price ticket for back center designated seats, we will refund it in the same procedure as "【Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)】 for those who have purchased QR tickets".
Each serial number for the benefit ticket you used has been reissued with a new serial number. Please check on your My Page.

5. For those who have various invitation tickets
Please note that all tickets will be invalid, so please understand.
When conducting a separate transfer, we will send a winning email to the registered J.LEAGUE ID email address that we have been sending to.
For those who have the pair ticket (J-Challenge) of the J.LEAGUE official app "Club J.LEAGUE" campaign, all pair tickets won in J-Challenge will be invalid and the following information will be provided.
・Winners will receive 2 J-Challenge tickets.
・Those who have received an invitation will have their invitation to J Challenge revoked in order to delete the input history of the promotion code.
