This is a fruit wheat ale made with 100 kg of domestically produced kiwi.
We used well-ripened kiwis to create a slightly sour beer. Domestic kiwis are harvested during this autumn to winter season!
The base is a fluffy type made with about 50% wheat, but it is an American ale with a refreshing and satisfying taste thanks to American yeast.
We want you to feel more of the kiwi's acidity and flavor, so no hops are used!
After fermentation and lowering the temperature, we added kiwi that has been frozen once to break down the fibers and enhance the flavor. You can taste the moderate acidity and sweetness of the kiwi.
Finished with a light 6% sweetness and a moderate sweetness, the acidity stands out, making it suitable for meals.
・Hop Burst IPA
The compounds "thiols" reminiscent of grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava explode in the beer! By using special yeast, it reacts with the thiols contained in hops, resulting in a massive release of tropical and citrus-like rich aromas. Enjoy the bold hop aroma and the multi-layered gradient of scents!
・IPA (India Pale Ale)
This is a very easy-to-drink IPA! It uses a large amount of Amarillo hops, which are representative of American hops! The bitterness is moderate, and the aroma is citrus, grapefruit, and other citrus scents, making it very easy to drink!
