※After the application period ends, we will use the email address, postal code, address, and phone number registered with your J.League ID as the contact information for this selection. If there is missing information or any changes, please make the necessary corrections before the application period ends.

After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details".

※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J-League Ticket Official Website and check if the payment process has been completed from the "Purchase History" button in the upper right menu.
④ Purchase "Selection Participation Ticket" at Seven-Eleven stores.
※When issuing tickets, please inform the store register of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and issue the ticket. If you inform the clerk that you have purchased it on the internet, the procedure will proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and a settlement fee will be charged depending on the payment method.
※Please note that if you use credit card payment (including d payment and Rakuten Pay), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after payment for prevention of fraudulent use.
※If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours due to the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven".

⑤ Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from the following and be sure to obtain the signature and acceptance stamp from the representative of your team (such as the coach).

⑥ Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven to the "Exam Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
