On June 3rd (Sat), 2023, as part of the "Rethink PROJECT" by JT Tokyo Branch, which tackles local issues, a citizen-participatory cleaning activity called "Hiroeba Machi ga Suki ni Naru Undou" will be held at the "2nd AO-AKA STREET" during the 16th round of the Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League against Yokohama F. Marinos (kickoff at 3:00 PM/Ajinomoto Stadium).

The "Hiroeba Machi ga Suki ni Naru Undou" (Becoming Fond of the City by Spreading Out) movement
The "Hiroeba Machi ga Suki ni Naru Undou" movement is a clean-up activity that is carried out with citizens at events and other gatherings across the country, with the desire to foster a "no waste" mindset through the experience of "spreading out".
Since its start in May 2004, more than 1.95 million people (as of December 2022) have participated nationwide in Japan.

How to Participate

Please come to the special tent at Tobitakyu Station North Exit Rotary. There are no dress restrictions.
We will provide you with the necessary garbage bags and tongs for cleaning activities.
[Participation]
AO-AKA STREET venue area, we will be conducting a garbage collection.
Please feel free to join us while enjoying AO-AKA STREET.
[Collection]
Please bring garbage bags and tongs to the temporary tent in front of the Stadium Street and pedestrian bridge.
Please separate the garbage and place it in the designated garbage bin located in the tent. Please return the tongs after cleaning them for reuse.
"Hiro-machi" or the "Hiroeba Machi ga Suki ni Naru Undou" (Movement to Love the City by Spreading It) has no participation requirements. Please feel free to join us in "Hiro-machi", where small activities lead to great results.
