We will also hold the "Adult Soccer School in Musa Plaza" in July 2023. The venue will be the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza, adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium. Want to move your body! Want to kick the ball and have fun! Want to learn the basics of soccer!
This is a beginner's class for those who want to do so. We look forward to your participation.

For men and women over 18 years old with experience in soccer and futsal
We will hold a soccer class for adults with experience in soccer and futsal. After a warm-up, we will focus on playing games.
This is a recommended event for those who want to play a lot of games, move their bodies with soccer, and have fun playing soccer.
▽Tuesday Event
For men and women aged 18 and over who are beginners in soccer and futsal.
We will have fun while doing both training and games with basic skills. Please refrain from participating if you are serious or competitive.

・Please make sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself too hard.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles). Training shoes and spikes are strictly prohibited. Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes. If possible, it is desirable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking soles).
・The ball is being prepared here (futsal ball will be used for Monday events, soccer ball will be used for Tuesday events).
・There is a changing room.
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used in various materials and activities. Please note that the event may also be featured on FC Tokyo's website, Musashino Forest Sports Plaza's website, and other advertising media to promote FC Tokyo's activities.
