In July 2023, we will hold the "Adult Soccer Class in Musashino-En". The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium. It is a beginner's class for those who want to move their bodies! Want to kick a ball for fun! Want to learn the basics of soccer!

We will hold a soccer class for adults with experience in soccer and futsal. After warm-up, we will focus on matches.
This event is recommended for those who want to play many matches, want to move their bodies with soccer, and want to enjoy playing soccer.

For men and women aged 18 and over in soccer and futsal【Beginners】
Training and games will be conducted while enjoying the basics. Those who are serious about it or have a competitive mindset are kindly asked to refrain.

□About Waiting List
As a result of the lottery, for those who were not selected and wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there are cancellations, and we will contact the winners by phone.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
- Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with anything other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
・The balls will be prepared here (Futsal balls will be used for Monday events, and soccer balls will be used for Tuesday events).
・There are changing rooms available.
・The portrait rights for the images and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and they may be used in various productions and activity introductions, so please be aware of this in advance. Additionally, please note that the details of this event may be published in advertising media such as the FC Tokyo activity introduction homepage and the Musashino-En Comprehensive Sports Plaza homepage.
