□ About "Road Report System My City Report (MCR)"
The "My City Report for citizens (hereinafter referred to as "MCR")" is a system that utilizes a smartphone app called "Road Report System" to allow citizens to report road damage, defects, or "road troubles" they notice on the spot. By taking photos of things like "loose blocks on the sidewalk" or "missing streetlights" and submitting them, the information will be sent to the city along with the location. The reported road damage or defects will be repaired as needed. The app allows for submissions 24 hours a day. By receiving reports from citizens and conducting detailed road management, we aim to further improve safety and provide safe and comfortable roads.
