□ About 'Pink Ribbon in Tokyo'

Breast cancer is more common in those aged 40 and over, and it is the leading cause of cancer death among women in their 40s and 50s. However, the survival rate after 10 years with early detection and early treatment is over 90%. In Tokyo, to convey the importance of breast cancer screening to all residents, we are implementing the Pink Ribbon Movement in collaboration with relevant organizations such as local governments and companies during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
