Starting from Nov 22 (Wed), 2023, it has been found that there are some issues with certain cards of the 2023 FC Tokyo On-Site Card Series 2 that have been on sale.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused to our customers who made a purchase.
Customers who have the applicable card will be sent a good product following the steps below.

・2023 FC Tokyo On-site Card SR Jája Silva's signature was incorrect
* There are no issues with cards other than the above.

□ Exchange Support
Please email the photo of the relevant card you have, whether you have the original image of the back, your address, your name, and your contact information to On-site Card Exchange Counter (info@pbridge.net) or contact us via DM on On-site Card Official SNS (Twitter) @all_onsite_card.
* The shipment of good products is scheduled for mid-December.
We will also exchange for a good product for customers with the original image on the back. (We will contact you again through the person in charge.)
* We cannot accommodate exchanges or other requests at each official shop. Thank you for your understanding.

Additionally, there are no issues with any cards other than the relevant card type, so we will collect the relevant card and continue sales.
Information regarding the sale of Jája Silva's SR card will be provided on the website as soon as it is ready.
