Regarding the operation of the waiting line for admission, we will introduce the function "Waiting Line App Lottery" on the FC Tokyo official app for those with home free seats (SOCIO/general) to obtain numbered tickets.
The waiting line for entry is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gates have opened and the kickoff time has passed, SOCIO members can still use the SOCIO priority entrance, and there are seats available for all ticket holders to sit in.
Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery.
Please decide your arrival time according to your preferred way of watching the game.

We cannot handle this at the office, so we appreciate your understanding.
[STEP1-1]
Link your J.League ID
・To use the entrance waiting line and app lottery function, you need to link your app with your J.League ID.
・If you have not linked them yet, please link them from the app's My Page.

※Not necessary if you have already linked your app with your J.League ID.
※You can check the status of the link from the app's My Page.
[STEP1-2]※Only when applying to the SOCIO waiting list
Linking your One-Touch Pass ID and J-League ID
・To apply for the SOCIO waiting list, linking your One-Touch Pass ID (SOCIO) and J-League ID is necessary. If you have already linked them through the app or FC Tokyo My Page, there is no need to do so again.
・If not linked, please link from the app's My Page.

※It may take some time for the cooperation to be reflected. If you cannot press the "Apply with the above information" button in STEP2 after cooperation, please wait for at least 10 minutes and restart the app.

Apply to the waiting line
・Select the stadium's waiting line and press the app lottery button to choose the desired match.
・Choose either gate "SOCIO North G" or "General North G" to line up in the waiting line.
・Please enter the number of people who will line up on the day (up to 5 people including yourself).
・Tap the "Apply with the above information" button to complete the application.
*Please note that if you have not linked your One-Touch Pass ID and J-League ID (STEP1-2), you will not be able to press the "Apply with the above information" button for applying to the SOCIO waiting line.
*Only the person with a SOCIO membership can line up in the SOCIO waiting line. Even if they are accompanying a SOCIO member, non-SOCIO members cannot line up in the SOCIO waiting line.
【STEP3】
Confirm your ticket number
・You can confirm your ticket number when the results are announced.
・To confirm, please tap on the desired match from the "Applied" list on the waiting line and app lottery top screen.
・After the announcement date and time, we will send the lottery results sequentially through the app's notifications. You can also confirm your ticket number from the notifications.
※Screenshots cannot be used.
Attention when confirming the numbered ticket
・The expiration date of the numbered ticket will be set as the start time of the line arrangement. Please note that if you do not arrive at the designated time, cannot confirm the numbered ticket within the FC Tokyo official app, or have taken the wrong numbered ticket, you will be asked to line up at the back of the line.
- Please note that if the pre-lottery application period has passed, you will not be able to participate in the waiting list lottery.
