□About the Delivery of Annual Tickets
Regarding the shipment of annual tickets, it will be as follows. Thank you for your understanding.
▷Applications open until payment is received by Jan 14 (Sun), 2024 for all applicants and pair seat holders
⇒Annual ticket sets will be sequentially shipped starting Feb 19 (Mon)
* Shipping will be done sequentially, so it may take up to a week from the above shipping date.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox, so please contact the phone number listed on the notice and request a redelivery.
▷Only for those who make payments after Jan 15, 2024 (Mon)
⇒It will be handed over at the venue of home games after the match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Mar 2 (Sat).
Please note that there may be delays in receiving items at the match venue, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
We will provide further information regarding the date, time, and location of the pickup as soon as it is decided on the FC Tokyo Official Homepage and other platforms.
