Delivery of Annual Tickets
Please note the following regarding the delivery of annual tickets. Thank you.
▷Recruitment starts ~ by Jan 14, 2024 (Sun) for those who have paid and those with pair seats only
⇒Annual ticket set will be sent sequentially from Feb 19 (Mon)
※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for your order to be shipped.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip and arrange for redelivery.
▷For those who have made a deposit after January 15, 2024 (Mon)
⇒Tickets will be available for pick-up at the home game venue starting from the Sanfrecce Hiroshima match on March 2 (Sat).
Please note that it may take some time to receive your tickets at the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.
We will inform you again on the official homepage and other places as soon as the date and location are decided.

▷For those applying for BIG FRAME PREMIUM at the same time
⇒OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card set will be delivered separately in a "special box".

⇒The membership card set will be included in the annual ticket and sent to you.

※Even for those with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.
Big Frames Regular U-18 will be delivered by mail, so please check your registered address's mailbox.
Please note that the serial key for the 2024 special ticket can be confirmed from the application/payment completion email, payment completion email, or the member-only My Page.
Please check the email or member-only My Page that was delivered when the payment procedure was completed when using the 2024 special benefit ticket before delivery.
