FC Tokyo, SHIMIZU CORPRATION, and VECTOR RESEARCH INC. (in cooperation) will conduct customer flow observation within the stadium during the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 2 match against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on March 2 (Saturday), 2024 (15:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium). We would like to inform you of this.
We hope to utilize the observation data to improve services related to future match operations and to aid in the design of stadium facilities.
The camera images obtained from this survey, as well as the data generated or extracted from the camera images, will be handled with reasonable security measures and will not be used for purposes other than those intended.

□Purpose of Use
We will conduct crowd behavior measurement and joint research in facilities such as the stadium building to understand the actual situation, and the insights gained will be used for the following purposes.
Reflecting facility design that ensures safe pathways for facility users.
Safe facility management such as safe group guidance and congestion alleviation during events
・Revitalization of community development through the construction of facilities such as stadiums and safe facility management
Conducting research on architectural design methods that reflect crowd behavior characteristics
□Observation System
・Utilization of high-definition camera images to understand the flow of people inside the stadium
・Measurement of congestion levels in restrooms and other areas using IoT sensors
・Measurement of movement within the stadium using Wi-Fi
・Observation system for the flow of people inside the stadium using 3D-LiDAR sensors
※The content captured by high-definition cameras does not identify individuals, and it will not be used for any purpose other than this.
※The 3D-LiDAR sensor is characterized by its ability to observe a wide range of situations, including rainy weather, nighttime, and both indoor and outdoor environments. Additionally, it does not capture information such as people's faces or clothing, allowing for privacy-conscious observation.
