①Access the above URL and log in with your J.League ID linked to SOCIO・OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP
②Display the card of the member information you want to confirm (SOCIO or OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP) and select "Click here for member information inquiry"
◇To switch the display between SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP, click here
③ Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the "[SOCIO・OMS] Automatic Renewal" section
④ If "Yes" → You will be subject to automatic renewal. If "No" or "No response" → You will not be subject to automatic renewal.
*Please note that if you do not wish to automatically renew at the time of application for the 2024 season, you will not be able to change your preference to automatic renewal at this time.

If you continue with BIGFLAMES PREMIUM in the 2025 season, you can simultaneously complete the SOCIO procedures during the above-mentioned procedure period.
*For those who wish to apply for SOCIO from the 2025 season or wish to change their SOCIO seats and continue, please cancel the automatic renewal and apply for continuation yourself. It is possible to apply for and continue SOCIO at the same time during the priority continuation period.

About SOCIO's Automatic Renewal Procedure
The following actions can be performed on the "Automatic Renewal Confirmation and Change Page."
①Confirmation of registration details (seat type, seat number, etc.)
②Change of SOCIO card issuance status (excluding U-12 and U-18)
③Change of credit card information
* Even if it is the same seat type, if you wish to change your seat number, you must cancel the automatic renewal and apply for renewal yourself.
* For those who apply for U-18 and U-12 tickets for the 2024 season and will be ineligible for U-18 and U-12 in the 2025 season, your tickets will automatically be changed to adult and U-18 ticket types.
* For those wishing to be on the "pair seat waiting list," there is no <Request section> on the "Automatic Renewal Confirmation and Change Page," so please contact us at "socio@fctokyo.co.jp" with your SOCIO number and name, along with your request.

<ABOUT AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROCEDURES FOR OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP VARIOUS TYPES>
・For those who apply for the U-18 course for the 2024 season and will no longer be eligible for U-18 in the 2025 season, you will automatically be changed to the regular course.
・Please register 3 players as My Favorite Player. (Due to system constraints, it may take time to register players eligible for favorites due to new signings or transfers.) If you continue automatically without confirming the content, the 2025 My Favorite Player will be registered as the same players as the 2024 favorites, so please be aware.

If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal for the 2025 season, please cancel the automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Details and Change Confirmation Page" within the procedure period.

・Only the member information displayed at the time of login will be subject to automatic renewal.
・If you selected "installment payment" when applying for the 2024 season, the payment for the 2025 season automatic renewal will be "lump-sum payment."
