On Dec 8 (Sun) 2024, in the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 38 vs Cerezo Osaka (14:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium), we will have a booth for the 24-hour fitness gym "Anytime Fitness".
At the Anytime Fitness booth, we will hold a physical training experience event useful for soccer.
You can choose one of the three types of physical training that FC Tokyo players are also working on and take on the challenge!
The staff at Anytime Fitness will provide careful guidance, so anyone can take on the challenge.
