1. About Visiting
�� There is no parking lot at the Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from visiting by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only considered a nuisance and may result in reporting, but may also prevent future open practices from being held, so please refrain from doing so.
*Please note that even if you use nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo goods, you may also be subject to reporting, so please be careful.
�� When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate with the staff and security guards and park in the designated bicycle parking area as directed.
�� Please refrain from causing inconvenience to the nearby residents by waiting in large groups in front of nearby stores or making loud noises on the surrounding roads, etc.
2. About Facilities
�� There is a limited number of chairs available for viewing. It is possible to bring your own folding chairs, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many viewers. Please refrain from spreading out vinyl sheets or other mats. Also, please be careful with the management of valuables and personal belongings.
�� Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
�� Posting banners and other materials without prior permission from the club is prohibited.
�� Pets are not allowed. Please note that bringing pets into the facility, even in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
�� There is no roof at the viewing location, so please bring your own rain gear. Also, there is no covered resting area, so please prepare for heat, sun, and cold beforehand.
�� Please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. In the case of obvious symptoms of poor physical condition, we may ask you to leave the facility.
3. Response to Severe Weather and Summer Period
�� In case of severe weather predicted by advance forecast, or when the heat index standard during the summer period (such as heatstroke alert) or the impact of infectious diseases is expected, please note that we may cancel the open practice for the safety of visitors, players, and staff. If the decision is made to cancel the practice by the day before, we will announce it on the top team schedule page. When considering attending, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
�� On the day, in case of sudden bad weather or exceeding the heat index criteria, there may be a notice from the staff to cancel the observation or cancel the interaction after the training. We prioritize safety, so we ask for your cooperation in smooth exiting.
[Notes for Practice Observation]
�� Please follow the instructions and guidance of security guards and staff and visit the designated area.
�� Please refrain from taking videos or still images during training. All filming is prohibited, regardless of equipment such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, etc., or for personal viewing as a commemoration. Posting on social media or taking notes on training content or participating players is also prohibited. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this may provide information to other clubs we compete against.
�� Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
�� Please be careful as balls may fly into the viewing area. Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or health problems during practice viewing.
[Notes on Interactions]
��On the day of the event, only the winners and their companions will be allowed to enter the Kodaira Ground.
Only winners can enter the interaction area. Elementary school students and above must wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
��Children under school age can enter the play area with one accompanying person, but please note that they cannot participate in the activities.
�� The content of "Interaction" will be limited to taking photos (still images) and signing, so please cooperate with one of the following for each player: taking one photo or signing one item. Please refrain from taking videos.
��Players are asked to minimize the time they stop and talk, and to consider the people around them and the players' conditions. We ask for the cooperation of all fans in this matter.
Please refrain from bringing items or leaving infants with players for photography. Also, please refrain from giving smartphones or cameras to players for photography.
�� Photos taken during "interaction" can be posted on SNS, etc. (still images).
��You can bring letters and gifts for the players, but as a general rule, please do not give them directly to the players. Instead, please put them in the box in the "Interaction" zone with the player's name written on it. Our staff will deliver them to each player. Also, please note that we cannot accept food, drinks, dangerous items, expensive or valuable items, etc. (If there are any such items in the box, they will be disposed of.)
Selling player's autographs, photos, etc. without the club's permission is not allowed. Please use within the scope of personal enjoyment, such as on SNS or personal websites.
If there is a sudden cancellation of practice or cancellation of interaction due to rain or other reasons, the selection will be invalid. Please understand in advance.
There may be players who will not participate in practice or interaction due to reasons such as their condition or recovery training, so please understand in advance.
During past interactions, many customers were observed following the rules, but the following actions were found to be in violation of the above rules.
・We have informed each player that they can choose either a signature or a photo, but despite this, we received both a signature and a photo from each player.
・Despite only offering high fives in case of rain, the parent took a photo of their child with the player and requested a photo shoot.
・Despite only offering high fives in case of rain, I stopped a player and got their autograph.
If such behavior is found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and exclude you from fan service-related lotteries and other interactions. Also, please be aware that you will be asked to leave on the day of the interaction. We ask for your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the interaction fairly.
[Handling of Photos, Videos, and Information]
�� During the time when players, coaches, and staff are on the field, all filming is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose, such as using video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, etc., or for personal viewing as a memento. In addition, taking notes on practice content or posting on social media in text form is also prohibited. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this could potentially provide information to other clubs we are competing against.
�� There is no problem with taking photos and posting on SNS during times when players are not present before or after practice.
