At the stadium merchandise store, we will process and hand over the uniform, 2025 season players, and number 12 name & number that you have purchased.

��Purchase Method
(1)If the desired item is in stock
Some players have pre-pressed name and number products available, so they can be delivered immediately.
Please take the card with information about your desired uniform type, player (number), and size from the display shelf at the merchandise store and come to the cash register. After payment, we will hand over the product at the custom studio inside the merchandise store.

(2) If the desired item is out of stock
We will perform pressure bonding on the uniform after receiving your order.
Please come to the cashier with one card containing information about your desired uniform type and size, and one card containing the player's name (jersey number) from the display shelf at the store.
After payment, please come to the custom studio inside the goods store. The estimated time for pick-up (30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours) will be written on the receipt, so please come back to the custom studio at the estimated time to receive your items.

Notes
・The processing of the "KEIO" transfer mark on the left sleeve cannot be supported.
・The crimping service is only available for uniforms purchased at the "Main 1 Gate Outside Goods Store" during home games. Items purchased at other stores are not eligible, so please be sure to purchase them at the Main 1 Gate Outside Goods Store on the day of the game.
・We do not offer customization services for uniforms that are not currently on sale, such as those purchased at other stores or in past seasons.
・On the day of the match, we will only process the heat-pressed customization for jerseys without names and numbers purchased outside the main gate at the FC Tokyo Official Shop.
・You cannot purchase only the name and number.
・Delivery will be made on the same day. If you are unable to pick up the item, please note that we cannot provide a refund for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
・Field players cannot have goalkeeper's name and number heat-pressed, and vice versa.
・The number of items that can be handed over on the day is limited. If the limit is reached, we will end the reception.
