・Signed mini balls cannot be selected for player signatures.
・On the day of the match, please gather at the back gate 2 (inside the venue) at 14:00. Once it is time to gather, we will begin moving to the pitch-side seats. If you are late for the gathering time, please be aware that you will have to wait at the gathering place for a while.
- As the match will be watched from the sidelines, for safety reasons, please refrain from watching with preschool children on your lap.
- After being guided to the pitch-side seat, you will not be able to return to the concourse. Please purchase goods and food and drinks before the meeting time and come to the meeting place.
- Umbrellas are not allowed for viewing. Please bring your own poncho or raincoat in case of rain and enjoy the game.
・Alcohol consumption may be prohibited for spectators.
- Flags, banners, and noisemakers are not allowed to be brought in. Towels, scarves, and uniforms are allowed to be worn.
- Participation in spiked shoes, high heels, etc. with pointed heels is not allowed.
・Please be careful as the ball may fly during the game or before the game. We cannot take responsibility for any injuries, so please be careful.
・There may be cases where the ball person and other operational staff stand on the pitch side and their view is obstructed.
・During the match, you cannot move from your seat except during halftime. Also, please refrain from standing up and cheering.
・Seats where photography is allowed. Video recording is only allowed before and after the game. Please refrain from recording videos during the game. Please also be considerate of the people around you and refrain from using large equipment (such as tripods) for recording.
・Please note that photos or videos taken of customers during the game may be used by our club, J-League, or general media.
