□About the collaboration with Tama Juvenile Training School
FC Tokyo started exchanges through soccer classes at Tama Juvenile Training School in 2016, accepted off-site learning at Kodaira Ground in 2019, and in 2023, Masato MORISHIGE gave a lecture inside the facility. Then, in 2024, the "HIGH HOPE Program" was launched as an in-facility program in collaboration with ICHI INC.

The purpose of this program is to support boys in finding purpose and goals, living their lives independently, and eventually becoming players who contribute to society.

It is composed of three pillars: "Dreams and Goals," "Morals and Ethics," and "Product Planning."
"Because of this program, I felt I could try hard once again."
"Right now, I want to be helpful to someone."

These are the words of the boys who participated in the program.

Their awareness and changes give us hope and drive our next actions.
Currently, we are developing product plans together with the boys for the match against Avispa Fukuoka on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (public holiday).

□ To Our Partners Supporting Social Collaboration
The reason why such social collaboration activities can be sustained is due to the strong support from many partner companies. Starting with the partner companies that have sponsored 'NO PLANET, NO TOKYO,' we receive support as partners who empathize with the club's philosophy of walking together with society and envisioning the future together. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude.

□ Comments from the Selection Committee
In Japan’s difficult-to-retry situation, the number of juvenile training school residents is increasing. I believe it is a great encouragement to convey that there are adults supporting those who tend to be left behind. The fact that supporting companies have doubled from 23 last year to 46 this year reflects the trust in FC Tokyo. I hope this will expand to other teams so that they can find jobs and live anew as respectable citizens.

□ FC Tokyo Naohiro ISHIKAWA Community Generator Message

This is the second time since 2020, and I would like to sincerely thank all the stakeholders who have worked together with us for this honorable award once again. Through our ongoing efforts with the Tama Juvenile Training School, we have been continuing the 'HIGH HOPE Program' since last year.

What we conveyed to the boys in the first session was that "living for someone else ultimately leads to new joy and color in your own life."

There are limits to how hard I can push myself. This is one of the important things I have experienced and learned through my 18 years as a professional football player.

Although I have fulfilled the dream I had since I was little, to continue showing my way of life on the stage I admired, there are definitely more struggles and conflicts than joy.

At times like those, I raised my head, looked forward, and when I looked around, I realized the great importance of my family, teammates, staff who shared in my suffering and sadness, and the strong support of fans and supporters who connected with my life.

"You'll Never Walk Alone..."

I am never truly alone. Together with the many FC Tokyo family members who walk through life alongside me, we overcome challenges and want to see the new scenery that awaits us beyond.

Such feelings became a new motivation for me, leading to an attitude and mindset of never giving up no matter what happens.

I want myself and the existence of FC Tokyo to be a source of emotional support and a place of comfort for the boys.
Our passion becomes the life force of the boys, and the existence of the boys becomes our life force.

Through this 'HIGH HOPE Program,' we aim to continue building such relationships, creating and sharing new, unseen experiences together with the boys!

Aiming for a society where no one becomes a victim or perpetrator, where people support each other with trust and love...
We will continue to work on this moving forward.
