[Match Management] Emperor's Cup 2nd Round Ryukyu University Dragons vs. Ryugasaki

Emperor's Cup JFA 98th All Japan Soccer Championship 2nd Round FC Tokyo vs Ryukyu University Dragons Ryugasaki match operations will be conducted by the Tokyo Soccer Association. We would like to inform you of the following regarding the opening time on the day of the match, the stands to be used, cheering banners, viewing rules, etc.

Ryukyu Dragons Ryugasaki / Next to Euro Sports (in front of Pedestrian 1 stairs)

・Back gate waiting line (You can line up from 9:00 on the day)
Sidewalk next to the stadium parking entrance

*Cannot be displayed in the area of the signboard in the central part of the lower back stand.
* Please check with the staff for details on the installation location.
※Support banners and flags that lead to defamation or discrimination are not allowed.
 

□Spectator Rules
・Operated in accordance with the "Competition Operation Management Regulations" of the Japan Football Association.
・The following actions are prohibited in the Main Stand (M1–M16 area) and Back Stand (B28–B41 area).
(1) Continuous standing while cheering
(2) Bringing in or using drums or other noise-making instruments
(3) Bringing in or using large flags
※There are no particular restrictions in the free seating lower stand behind the goal area.
・The following actions are prohibited inside the venue.
(1) Use of loudspeakers directed at the pitch
※Can only be used for the purpose of coordinating cheering directed at the stands.
(2) Bringing in or using confetti, paper streamers, or balloons
(3) Climbing over, sitting on, or standing on the front fence of the stands
(4) Standing on chairs or placing feet on the backrests of chairs
(5) Deliberate seat reservation using flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.
※We ask for your cooperation so that as many people as possible can be seated.

(6) Bringing in or flying unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, remote-controlled aircraft, etc.) (including operation from outside the facility)

(7) Taking photographs or videos of competitions, ceremonies, or spectators for commercial purposes
(8) Distributing all or part of the tournament's audio or video through the internet or other media without prior permission from the organizer
(9) Disrupting the operation or progress of the match, causing inconvenience or danger to others (including referees, participating teams, supporters, and others), or engaging in actions that the organizer or designated security personnel recognize as potentially causing such inconvenience or danger.
(10) To make discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions regarding race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or origin.
(11) In addition to the above items, making statements or engaging in actions that violate public order and morals.
 

□Others
・Please cooperate with the baggage inspection at the entrance.
・Bringing in bottles and cans is prohibited, so please transfer them to paper cups at the entrance.
*Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Persons with disabilities and those in wheelchairs will need an admission ticket for their companions as well, so please be aware of this in advance.
