Until now, there has been no clear queue management for the entrance waiting line before the gates open. To improve this, we conducted a trial operation last season to examine and consider the method, but we caused inconvenience to everyone due to unfamiliarity. We sincerely apologize once again. Based on this, from February this year, the entrance waiting line will be operated and implemented using the following method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Regarding the response for free seating SOCIO holders ② after the venue opens, the regrouping time after moving to the waiting line area and leaving the waiting line once has been changed.
Before Change: Please return to the waiting line by 1 hour before the SOCIO gate opening time.
Please return to the waiting line by 30 minutes before the SOCIO opening time.

1. Implementation Method
(1) For Free Seating SOCIO Members
① Before entering Ajinomoto Stadium premises (hereafter, before opening)
・The order of SOCIO priority entry will be determined separately by gate (North, Back).
・Only place holding with PET bottles(*) will be accepted to secure your spot before opening.
・The time when place holding is allowed starts from 22:00 two days before the match day.
Example: For a match kicking off at 14:00 on February 29 (Sat), place holding starts from 22:00 on February 27 (Thu).
Any place holding done before this time will be invalid.
・The location will be the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Square" within the stadium premises. (See the diagram for the pet bottle storage area)
・Please follow the instructions of the security personnel when placing plastic bottles two days before the match.
・The use of plastic bottles to reserve spots will be implemented to determine the order of entry at the time of opening. Even without reserving a spot, SOCIO members will still have priority entry as before.

* About PET Bottles

Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET bottle. (Refer to the sample photo below)
・Only one plastic bottle per person is allowed. If more than one plastic bottle is found, the order for all plastic bottles will be invalidated.
For one plastic bottle, the number of people who can enter together is limited to 5 (including the person who brought the bottle).
・Please be aware that the club cannot take responsibility for lost items such as plastic bottles.

②After Opening
・On the day of the match, please gather at the designated time and, once ready, move to the front of each entrance gate within the Ajinomoto Stadium premises (hereinafter referred to as the waiting line area).
・It is fine for one representative to gather.
・The meeting time is generally 9:00 for day games (matches with a kickoff before 16:00) and 10:00 for night games (matches with a kickoff after 16:00). (Please note that travel times may be adjusted due to ticket sales status or weather conditions. We will inform you each time on our website, etc.)

▷3/8 (Sun) vs Urawa: 8:00

・After moving to the waiting line area, you may leave the line. However, please be sure to return to the waiting line at least 30 minutes before the SOCIO gate opening time. At that time, up to 5 people entering together must all line up. (Those not present at the gathering will be considered invalid)
・Those who join the queue after moving to the waiting line area, please line up at the end of the queue in the waiting line area.
・Please do not cut in line under any circumstances.

(2) For Reserved Seat SOCIO Members
・Reserving spots in front of the main gate before opening is not allowed.
・Please line up in the waiting area at the main gate on the day of the match. In principle, for day games (matches with kickoff before 16:00), you can line up from 9:00, and for night games (matches with kickoff at or after 16:00), you can line up from 10:00. (The time to move may be earlier depending on ticket sales status and weather conditions. We will inform you via the website as needed.)

2. Others
・For those other than SOCIO (general public), please line up directly in the waiting area for day games at 9:00 and night games at 10:00 on the day of the match. (The waiting time may be shortened due to ticket sales conditions or weather. We will inform you each time on our website, etc.)
・Please refrain from street parking in the neighborhood as it causes inconvenience.
