4/7 (Wed) Sapporo Match: Wheelchair Seats, Accessible Parking, and Magnetic Loop Seats

Notice from the club

Regarding the wheelchair seating, disabled parking, and magnetic loop seating for the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on April 7 (Wednesday), the operational methods are as follows. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that the application process for accessible parking and magnetic loop seating has changed in part since the 2021 season. Please check and apply accordingly.

□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
No prior reservation is required to use wheelchair seats.
Please purchase your tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Areas
"Main S Front" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats / 13 seats)
"Main S Rear", "Back Rear", "Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair Seats / approx. 40 seats)
"Visitor Seats Rear" Wheelchair Seats (approx. 13 seats) *The number of seats may vary depending on sales status.
※Wheelchair seats in the back of the home section and south side section are not available.

2. Tickets You Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and for two or more people, you will need to watch from the seats of the tickets you purchased, so please be aware of this in advance.

▽ Home Wheelchair Seats
*This will be the cheering section for FC Tokyo.
(1) For those with a disability certificate
Please purchase a home seat ticket regardless of the type of wheelchair seat you will be using for viewing.

(2)If you do not have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.

* The main S front wheelchair seats are prioritized for those with a disability certificate. Please note that depending on the usage situation on the day, you may be guided to the main S rear wheelchair seats.

▽Visitor Wheelchair Seating
*Support for the visiting team is only allowed in the visitor wheelchair seating area.
Regardless of whether you have a disability certificate, everyone please purchase visitor seat tickets.

3. Wheelchair Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance available. You can also enter from the main gate.
Please be sure to bring your disability certificate, as it may be checked at the wheelchair entrance.

4. Notes

We ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate and wheelchair entrance (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About Seat Spacing
Please take your seats with space between each other.
③Understanding the Viewing Location
On the day of the match, in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching, staff will verify the seat number of the ticket you purchased and the wheelchair seat number you will be using (including companions) for the purpose of identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection outbreak.


□Disabled Parking
It is required to apply in advance. Those who do not apply will not be able to use the parking lot, so please be sure to apply during the application period.

◇Please download and use the attached PDF for the application form for disabled parking spaces located at the bottom.
*For first-time applicants of the season, please be sure to also submit a copy of your disability certificate.
From the 2021 season, applications will only be accepted via email. Please note that we cannot accept applications by fax. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who have previously applied by fax. Thank you for your understanding.

(2) We will send you the information for the day via email two business days before the match date.
If you do not receive an email by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry address.
Please note that we cannot accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery in case of a draw.
*Please ensure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp" to receive the notification email.

3. Application Period
General ticket sales date: Mar 26 (Fri) 10:00 - Mar 31 (Wed)
* We apologize for the short duration due to the ticket sales period, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.

□ Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" for those using hearing aids to also enjoy the event. These seats allow sound picked up by a microphone to be delivered directly to hearing aids using the "telecoil" function.
* Please note that if tickets sell out during the early or priority sales periods, it may not be possible to secure tickets.

*Please note that seat selection is not available.
2. How to Use
(1) Please fill out the necessary information on the application form and submit it via email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) using one of the methods below during the application period.

②Please include the following necessary information in the email body

*If you have a disability certificate, please also submit a copy of it when applying for the first time in the season.
From the 2021 season, applications will only be accepted via email. Please note that applications by fax will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have previously applied by fax and appreciate your understanding.

(2) Tickets and invoices will be mailed at least two business days before the match day.
* If you have not received your ticket by the day before the match, please contact the inquiry below.

3. Application Period

4. Others
(1) This service requires a hearing aid equipped with a telecoil function, so please prepare one individually.
(2) This is only available for advance reservations and sales. Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests on the day.
