Please note that there are changes and important points to consider compared to regular matches for this event. Additionally, for those who have chosen the refund method for home free seating SOCIO and for those who purchased tickets for the latter half of 2022, we have set a period for accepting refund requests. If you wish to request a refund, please apply within the specified period.
Also, please be sure to check as there are differences from the match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on July 6 (Wednesday).

□ Changes from the Jul 6 (Wed) Sapporo Match
1. Entry Method to the "Cheering Area" for Home Free Seating SOCIO Members
Based on the operational review of the July 6 (Wed) match against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, to grasp the number of people entering the cheering area in advance, SOCIO members are also required to obtain an entry ticket (free of charge) to enter the "Cheering Area" in advance, so please be sure to complete the procedure. For details, see here

2. About Eating and Drinking in the Vocal Cheering Area
Food and drinks are allowed in situations where vocal support is not being conducted before the match, during halftime, and after the match (bringing in alcoholic beverages is not permitted).
Cheering out loud is allowed before the match, during halftime, and after the match; however, eating and drinking remain prohibited during the match (except for hydration with non-alcoholic beverages).

□Important Notes
1. Establishment of Vocal Cheering Area
[Same as the 7/6 (Wed) Sapporo match]
Only the following seat types will be designated as "Vocal Cheering Areas" and will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern
・Home Free Seating Lower Level
・Visitor Free Seats Lower Level

* Each upper stand is not a "cheering area with vocal support".
* Ticket checks will be conducted when entering the "Cheering Area," so please present your ticket when entering that area.
* It is mandatory to wear non-woven masks in the same area. Please check the viewing manners for details.
The seat change service to free seating for SOCIO designated seat holders is available for this match, but please note that if the relevant seat type is sold out, you will not be able to change your seat type.

[Seat Map]

【About Seat Spacing】
For this match, only the home and visitor free seating areas designated as the "Cheering Area" will have a checkerboard seating arrangement with one seat empty in front, behind, and on both sides.
*Due to the structure of the stadium, there may be areas where the seating is not arranged in a regular pattern. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets will be sold with seats filled except in the vocal cheering area.

2. Stadium Capacity Limit at 50% and Viewing for SOCIO and Corporate Annual Ticket Holders
[Partial Changes from 7/6 (Wed) Sapporo Match]
Based on the J.League's COVID-19 Response Guidelines and the Government's Basic Policy, stadium capacity will be limited to 50%.
As mentioned earlier, the "cheering area" will have spaced seating, but outside of the "cheering area," seating will be arranged closely together.
Tickets will be sold until the number reaches 50% of the stadium's capacity, without a limit of 50% per seat type, so please purchase them as soon as possible.

[To all SOCIO members]
Although there is a 50% limit, seating with space between seats will only be available in the lower section of the home free seating, so it will be implemented in Pattern A. Regardless of the advance seating method, refund method, or tickets for the next six months, you can enter with your SOCIO card.
Refunds will only be accepted for those who have purchased home free seating SOCIO tickets for the past six months. (See below 3.)
Additionally, for all home free seating SOCIO members who wish to watch the game in the "Cheering Area," please remember to obtain an entry ticket for the "Cheering Area" in advance. We appreciate your cooperation. (See below 4.)

【Corporate Annual Ticket Holders】
Corporate annual ticket holders can use the exchange voucher.
Please bring your exchange ticket for the match and proceed to the exchange tent for processing.
*For those with home free seating, we will ask for your preference of lower or upper tier at the time of exchange and provide the tickets accordingly.

3. Refund Method Selection: Regarding Refund Reception for Home Free Seat SOCIO Tickets for the Second Half of the Season
[7/6 (Wed) Sapporo match similar]
Regarding the refund method and tickets for the next six months, it is stated at the time of sale that "refunds will be provided for matches that are held with restrictions and require seating with space between seats."
For this match, home free seating attendees will need to maintain a distance between seats in certain areas. Therefore, we will accept refunds for those who wish to choose a refund method and have purchased home free seating SOCIO tickets for the next six months.

【About Refund Application Method】
We have published the URL for the application form on the member-only My Page for SOCIO members who have purchased tickets for the home free seating for the past six months. Please log in to your member-only My Page and access the application form from the 【Notification Announcement】 to submit your application.
◇Member-only My Page is here
※Refunds will be processed after the season ends
※Those who have applied for a refund will not be able to enter the Shimizu S-Pulse match on Jul 7 (Sat) and the Cerezo Osaka match on Aug 13 (Sat) with their SOCIO card. Additionally, the rights for resale and transfer will also be lost.
* Refund applications are common for both matches on Aug 7 (Sun) against Shimizu S-Pulse and Aug 13 (Sat) against Cerezo Osaka. Please note that applications can only be made for both matches and not for just one of them.
* For those who have applied for a refund, due to system settings, the resale and transfer period for the Yokohama F.Marinos match on September 3rd (Saturday) or 4th (Sunday) may be shortened.
